I paid for double chicken the day before on a burrito and they gave me LITERALLY LITTLE TO NO CHICKEN, like dang near none. Also, the young ladies that worked there have an absolutely disgusting attitude, especially the one with glasses and the plus size one who has an Afro. but I was tired so I let it go today. I ordered a bowl with double chicken just to see if they would do it the right way and they didn’t as seen in the picture below extremely disappointing hopefully someone can fix the cruise attitude and actually teach them how to give correct portions for what people pay for

Second time i ordered from this location and gotta say, thought first time was a fluke, but seems consistently horrible food quality.
– Small portions despite ordering extra
– OLD AND STALE RICE (this is big one, more then half of my bowl was just stale rice)
– cold carnitas
– stale and chewy chips
Clearly the owner of this location doesn’t care about quality. Who knows how old the food is before they serve it. I would not risk eating here.

I am really disappointed with the burrito I ordered, I ordered Carnitas Burrito with extra meat to go. After home, I saw the borrito looks much smaller than normal size, then I had one bite no meat, and then I open the burrito and found out there is NO PROTEN at all. What????? Suddenly I felt dispointed and angry. Is anyone order burrito without protein? I never did. Then I called to the restaurant and a team member helped me to refund it, which is good. However, I will never go back to this place any more.

For my first time coming here it was terrible. Be rushed and ignored by the staff. They didn’t get my order right but was sure to charge for what I asked for just didn’t give it to me. And tried acting like I hadn’t paid for it when I went back to the counter to ask. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could he’d give 0 Stars I would. I’ll never be back. Didn’t get our kids meal right only got 1 tortilla when it’s supposed to be 2, they made the salad like a bowl and not a salad was hardly any lettuce in it but they make you feel like you can’t say anything about the way they make it with them moving on the the next person in line before you get the chance.

Would give 0 if possible, avoid at all means necessary. Asked for double Barbacoa and the amount the worker gave was a single servings worth. Asked for more, he said it would be triple then. Meat looks dry as all be it. Friend asked for steak and the worker gave so little. Not friendly at all. Will be contacting my bank for a refund because the price vs what I got wasn’t worth 20$

Atmosphere here is horrible. They have a new manager in training there who does an awesome job. But the way the way the staff and other managers run this store and allow the crew to be nasty towards her is insane. The GM should be replaced as well as all the crew. They have daily walk outs for missing items on the line and the rudeness’s from staff towards guests. As I stood there today, to see that lady with tears because the crew was bad mouthing her was horrible. I even asked why they were treating her this way!!! A girl with blue hair starts laughing walking away stating she ain’t doing nothing to her. This place needs the owners to come revaluate this store. Watch your cameras!!!

I mean it full heartedly when I say this place should close. I have tried this location a few times over the years and each time its the same thing. Rude workers and bad food. On my pickup order today I was notified my order was ready, however when I got to the location I was told it wasn’t. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. As I waited I overheard the woman working the counter rudely tell the other customers they were out of practically everything.
When I did finally get my food it was cold and stale, and I didn’t even get the chips I ordered.
The soda fountain also had an out of order sign, and the place in general was in a very bad/gross shape.
Please do not eat here.

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times because it’s close to my home and my son loves chipotle. However, consistently they have been the WORSE! Food is always over cook, when you order extra they never give it to you. I’ve order multiple times as pick up or delivery and it’s the same. If you’re not ordering in front of them, they do not care. Rice is overcooked, chicken well done and/pr burnt, food is cold and portions are small. I can’t keep patronizing this business. The one lady manager is very nice and it seems to run different when she’s there but I can’t do it! Corporate needs to come in and do some cleaning!!!!

My uncle & I had the spicy honey chicken today. I had the burrito, that put Moe’s Southwest to shame, & my uncle had the bowl. Simply put, everything was magnificently delicious and totally off the chain! The service was phenomenal & as nice as could be! Most certainly we will be returning for the honey chicken again! I don’t like to leave reviews but the steak is always overcooked and chewy and dry. The rice is always undercooked. The cooks don’t care about the quality of the food. This is the WORST LOCATION. DONT eat here. Instead go to the one in Duncan. It’s clean and the food is way more delicious
