We should have stopped and went somewhere else when they told us they didn’t have ice, coke products, and/or ice cream products. We ordered a #3 and #4. I know how long I sat in line because cash app sends you an automatic notification when your card is charged. We waited 5 mins for old food. My chicken sandwich was inedible. I spit the first bite out because it was clear that sandwich was sitting there all day. The fries got reheated. Someone who’s worked fast food can clearly tell that’s the case or you need to change the oil. Their attitudes could use improvement as well. They don’t seem like they care for their jobs. Especially the girl working the second window handing out food. And since you guys lacked having any ice, you could at least fill the cups all the way instead of being cheap.

Only stopped to use restroom this time, but when I eat food is good! The service could be a lot better. Too slow. Employees are nice and restaurant is clean for the most part. Will go again though.

They really know how to deal with upset customers. Lady couldn’t manage machine order and lost it. Manager was great….thanks for your calming attitude. Wish everyone would take a moment to get themselves together before causing a scene.

Maybe it’s just me, but I hardly have a decent experience here and I’m giving up trying now. Sit at the drive thru several times with nobody talking. Drive to window and people inside ignoring you, when I get food it’s just OK but drinks aren’t really full…you just never know what to expect and get annoyed wasting your time cause you actually want Mcdonald’s.

This place is garbage. Ran by a bunch of under qualified people that don’t even have the work skills or people skills to work at a fastfood restaurant. Rude, and dumb are the two best words that come to mind when I think of how to describe the staff that works here. I left without my food as soon as I seen how the place was ran. I didn’t want to even ask for my money back because they give off the attitude that they would try to fight me for complaining about their service.

No one would come to the register so we were forced to use the kiosk. Which would have been ok, except after I added all my items it immediately went to the card payment option. I only had cash, so I pushed the HELP button. I waited but no one even looked in our direction. Finally I got it to let me get to a screen to pay at the register and the read-out instructed me to take my receipt to the register. Unfortunately the kiosk did not print a receipt. I then stood at the counter for an additional several minutes without assistance. I called out to the next employee who walked to the front of the order screen and explained it didn’t print. She looked up my order and I paid for it. We received our drink cups but not the tea we ordered. There were no tea containers in the lobby. While we sat and waited for our food, people came in and went. some left with food and others cancelled their orders because of the wait time. By the time I received my food,which was to go, my fries were cold and disgusting, my big Mac looked horrible- the bottom bun was bent nearly double inside the box, my husband’s burger was similar except the bottom bun was NEXT to the burger in it’s box. I really wish I had taken pictures!! No one put printer paper in the machine as long as I was in the store, which was about an hour total. I am not unrealistic, I don’t expect food will be put into my hand like magic. I do, however, expect a “fast food restaurant” to be faster than being waited on in a restaurant where I am expected to tip. We are expected to process and pay for our orders, and get our drinks, and waiting and watching while employees stand around staring at screens saying ‘ I’m waiting on a crispy chicken’ 17 times. We are doing half the work, waiting twice as long, getting food that is becoming less and less edible and prices keep going up. McDonald’s used to be my favorite place. The regular hamburgers WERE awesome, the fries USED TO BE the BEST in town. PLEASE ELEVATE YOUR STANDARDS. Hire people who value the job. Make the McDonald’s name be the stand out spot it used to be.

The McDonald’s in live oak has horrible customer service. I’m very disgusted about the employees they have working on today’s schedule. Never have I ever had such bad service here before. I’ve never heard an employee call there customer sis and yell at them while laughing in the speaker! Horrible experience! I literally just drove off. Why bother ordering if the service is this bad. I can only imagine how the food is.

Worst service i have ever received. Line out the door and terrible attitudes all around. Politely asked for cream and sugar for my coffee about three times they tell me to pull forward and no cream and sugar was brought out. So repeated myself for the 5th time and the girl says ok then goes inside i wait about ten minutes and walk in to get it myself but theres q line out the door and the girl is doing something else. I waited nearly 30 minutes for two coffees and some cream. Supposed to be fast food. Absolutely terrible.

Stopped in for a breakfast and a bathroom break on a 400 mile drive. My chicken biscuit was huge! Delicious and hot too, and that sweet tea hit just right. Didn’t wait long for food, and staff was courteous. A good safe bet for a road trip quick stop.
