I placed a mobile order for my usual coffees. I arrived at this store at almost 7am and they were NOT even open yet. Not enough help the woman said. Hours later it kicked the money back into my account but I lost 4,500 points I used to order an Iced Mocha. Contacted the owner of this particular McDonald’s…Wendell Morgan…but got a generic email back saying staff cannot give back lost points. So I told Wendell Morgan, the owner, then surely he can since he owns the place. LOL … no response yet.

Absolutely horrible. Placed a mobile order and Waited in parking lot until opening time. Then sat in line for 15 mins. Nobody answered the speaker but they have employees standing outside talking. Caused me to be late for work and I don’t get to have breakfast!! DO BETTER!!!!!

Waited 20 min for 2 identical happy meals and 40 nuggets. All of our fries were cold, the happy meals were missing toys, the happy meal burgers were barely wrapped and the fries were just thrown in. Our sauces were wrong and not one person was moving faster than my 3 year old can walk. When I told someone I needed the toys, it was like it was some sort of major inconvenience. We are from out of town and couldn’t be happier not to have a chance to go back.
