This place needs a good manager or some more help. The ladies I did encounter here were all very sweet and looked professional. The food was good, hot. The restaurant needs to be cleaned thoroughly! Flies all over. Windows you couldn’t see out of. Wouldn’t recommend going inside but drive through should be ok.

We ordered take out since we were on a road trip. Once back on the road, we noticed no sauce was packed for the nuggets even though the cashier asked what flavor we wanted. And for the first time ever in my life, I ate a bland Big Mac because there wasn’t a drop of the Big Mac special sauce that makes it a Big Mac in it. Nothing we could do about it since we were already back on the interstate.

This was by far one of the WORST locations I’ve visited! For them to be right off the interstate, their service should be alot more efficient & timely. My food was disgusting & nauseating, my tea tasted like water & was horrible! They’ll never have to worry about my services…

This location seems to be understaffed. The cash register was unmanned most the time I was there, and they seemed to be unable to keep the location running properly. We only found one table that wasn’t dirty. After getting our order, we had to wait 10 minutes for the coffee, forks, and maple syrup we didn’t initially get for our breakfast order. I don’t blame the workers, they’re obviously not getting proper support and staffing from their management.

Restaurant was very dirty inside, no lids on the tea container tea was all over the floor, drink area dirty with trash, not to mention the leak in the ceiling that nobody cared about water running all over the table and floor. Which someone could have slipped and fell. A sign was posted in the drink area but nobody bothered to clean it up. Other guest were complaining about the filth.

Very rude staff in the drive-through. I am not sure if they weren’t trained properly or just weren’t paying attention because they did not get our order right until we explained it several times. Then we were made to feel dumb for asking for a sauce, they refused to give out a single free sauce with several meals ordered, and said it was McDonald’s policy to charge for every sauce they give out whether you ordered a meal or not. Save your time and run to one of the many other spots around here for a better experience.

Somehow this was the perfect McDonald’s experience. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, burger buns were fresh. The fries were good, everything was correct, chicken nuggets were crispy. It was kind of incredible and very surprising just based on what I’ve come to expect of McDonald’s.

Place needs a good cleaning. Service inside was very slow. Seems like they only serve inside customers when there is no one in the drive thru line. Breakfast should not take 13.5 minutes when it’s not too crowded. They also clear your order a few minutes after you order from the screen and then ask later who order an egg McMuffin with 2 hash browns. Nice job of cheating timing system.
