Did a mobile order, you would that that would make it simple but no, they still screwed up the order.. Specially picked the no pickle option and they put it on anyway. Ended up throwing the double quarter away because you can never get that pickle flavor out once it’s on there.

1 customer inside and 2 in the drive through and still took forever. Cheeseburger buns were burnt and the meat was very dry. Heard the team in the back laughing about forgetting someone’s food on their order saying “I guess we will see if they come back and complain”. They thought it was hilarious. Manager couldn’t care less. She was just as disengaged and rude. Customer service was nonexistent. Some the introduction of the self service menus, Mc Donald’s as a whole has gone significantly downhill. This place is a very good example of that. Avoid it by all means possible. There’s another McDonalds a few exits down.

The Manger of store # 22618 in Brunswick GA was the most rudest person I have ever delt with. We were shorted food items and she said I was lying. We were eating inside so I told her she could come and look and she grabbed one of the biscuits out of my hand and I was showing her what we was missing and she was rude and yelled to the kitchen staff just go ahead and give it to her. She never said she was sorry for saying I was lying or for the way she acted. I did report her. I hope Noone else has to encounter this Manger she really shouldn’t be in any customer service. I left without eating and upset .

ordered breakfast around 10:30, after 20 minutes i contacted doordash support and they attempted to contact the restaurant. no one picked up and on their end it showed my order hadn’t been approved yet. when i originally placed my order it said “delivery between 10:34 and 10:44”. the time kept getting pushed back then when the driver arrived at 11 to pick it up management said i would have to cancel my order since they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. my order was left to sit for over 30 minutes without even being approved.

Restaurant was very dirty inside, no lids on the tea container tea was all over the floor, drink area dirty with trash, not to mention the leak in the ceiling that nobody cared about water running all over the table and floor. Which someone could have slipped and fell. A sign was posted in the drink area but nobody bothered to clean it up. Other guest were complaining about the filth.

Don’t waste your time. They close early. Sign says 1am and they were closed at 11:50pm. Lady was still inside with her kids and refused service.

The woman working the drive thru at just before 9am on August 30th 2025 was incredibly rude and demanding! Couldn’t even finish my order without her immediately demanding “what else” after everything I said, I couldn’t even finish my sentence without her saying it and rushing me, and then when I got to the window it was the same, no pleasantries, just the price and I tried to ask her a question about my order and she just pointed toward the other window and ignored me. She did the same to everyone else as well. Maybe choose better who you have working your windows!

made a mobile order. not only did it take 45 minutes after i arrived they also forgot a burger, what they did give was messy and thrown in the bag. then when getting the burger that was missed the lady was SWINGING the bag around, it is unprofessional and disrespectful. i don’t leave reviews but that was outrageous.

The worst service it took over 20 minutes to get my and u don’t know why the place was empty inside their was no one dining in a long line of vehicles waiting for their food u would not recommend this restaurant at all the food was horrible I order a Big Mac meal it really dry just a few pieces of lettuce hardly and sauce the bread very dry Tate like old the fries too crispy you can tell the oil hasn’t been changed in a while owner needs to keep more attention on this restaurant I travel a lot by far this is the worse restaurant I’ve ever been
