This place did not disappoint. The atmosphere was fun and the food was so delicious. Our party of 5 did not have to wait for a seat or service. The food was delivered fast and the server was very attentive, keeping our beverages full the entire time. I will definitely plan dinner here again.

I ordered 12 wings online for pickup. Once I brought them home, over half of them are VERY burnt. They were tossed with sauce and given to me anyway, there’s no way the kitchen was unaware.

I met my mom and aunt for lunch yesterday, Friday, just after 11:30. Cute place, friendly server, all undone w subpar meals… all around. Yikes, three strikes? How? My mom opted for chili. You know a hot, steaming bowl of chili? No, a warm just mehh flavored chili. My aunt opted for a pork slider and baked potato soup…again just warm soup… Were they not up to temp from 11a open? Is this how they’re served? Whatever the reason, both ladies were underwhelmed… I opted for he barbecue pulled pork sandwich w fries. When it came out I could see….faintly there was sauce on it….so I asked for a side of sauce. The server pointed out there was sauce already on it. I was really bummed that this was our experience… as I like to support small and local. I’m unsure if it was an off day or this is just how it is? I mean the place was busy enough you’d think it would have been better…. But for all three of us to be disappointed, bummer.

Cute place! I had the chicken strip basket and they weren’t bad. The chicken was a little tough like it was fried too long or something but definitely handmade tenders!! Fries were fine…they were lacking flavor but fine. Wings are good here I’d probably stick with those next time!!

Loved the vibe, loved the dive bar atmosphere, staff was great, food was HORRIBLE!! I ordered the nachos. Chips were burnt, the ground beef was extra ground and grainy and they weren’t very warm. Couldn’t even pull them apart. Have been feeling sick since I ate them. I would expect better food considering how busy this place is all the time. Maybe a smaller menu to have better quality food. I would definitely go back for drinks and entertainment but not the food.

I’ve always loved them. Have done to go and I usually eat there. This time I got to go. It wasn’t that great. The fries were amazing I got fries. Those were awesome. I also got wings with mild sauce extra saucy. When I got home there was absolutely zero sauce on them. And they seem to be very well done which I did not request. I’m guessing that they mixed up my order with somebody elses. I didn’t call them or anything because I was really hungry and I needed something to eat. But honestly I make wings at home better then what I got. I was very disappointed. To be fair it was New Year’s Eve but I still would expect them to get the order right. We’ll have to give him a try again I don’t know. This time I’d check my order before I leave.

First time eating at Serums. We were looking for someplace to enjoy a gorgeous Sunday and finally after many years of hearing about the Serums wings decided to stop in and give them a try.
All 12 of my wings came out burned black. There was no taste other than burned taste which also dried the heck out of the chicken. I will say they gave no issues about replacing the wings but I’m not sure why they thought serving these to a customer was okay to begin with.
The fries were also over cooked, dry and zero seasoning.
Good atmosphere, service was very pleasant but food was surprisingly not very good after all the reviews I’ve read over a long period of time.

Serums has been around for a long time. It’s a great place for good food and good service. It’s also located in an historic building in Anoka. And if you’re a Twins fan, it’s owned by a former Twins player, which I think is very cool, and he’s a great guy! Bottom line is, go to Serums, it’s a fun place.
