Once I got help everything was great. I was getting a Togo order. They had everything I need in the bag. My plastic ware and condiments were in a separate brown bag. Once I got to my truck my food was fresh and my Prime Rib Cobb salad look amazing! I wish I’d taken a picture. I actually went back in and gave the ladies a tip because of the fresh food, and them going out of their way!

I ordered a “for here” meal and picked up a table number, but still had to walk to the counter to get my food — which defeats the purpose of having table service. The staff seemed irritated when I asked for a tray after they put my food in a to-go bag, and their attitude came across as rude. The food itself was fine, but the customer service at this location was disappointing and definitely needs improvement.

This has got to be the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too and has been this way for years. I guess the location is the only thing that keeps this place open. If they weren’t attached to the truck stop I doubt it would maintain enough income to stay profitable. Food is good though if you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes in a drive through

It took them from 9:11am to 9:37am took make a caramel machiato. Something is wrong not an apology nothing, they will not even look you in the eyes to talk to you and the manager at this time was indifferent. Very poor customer service and order processing.

Wrong order was given. And the ham on this mcmuffin is turning green. Ill pass on this location in perpetuity just because of the level of incompetence I felt like I experienced at the drive through today.

I tried ordering some food. I ordered 3 spicy Rap. I asked for it fresh. The sandwich maker, the register operator and another employee was upset because I asked from the very beginning to make my food fresh. I told them I would wait for it. They had an attitude like I’m asking them to do something else other than make my food the way I asked for it. It’s bad enough that I’m paying you for food and service but that was unnecessary. I would pay big money to see them go to another restaurant and order their food and get it different from what they asked for without them feeling some type of way. We need to do better with customer service.

Order 1629 – on 12/09/2025 0525PM – 5 items missing from order – called the restaurant as directed to resolve. Rang for 6 minutes then hang up – called again – rang for 4 minutes then a hang up. 1 star for food since we didn’t have it completed and delivered properly as ordered and paid for. Service 1 star since no one could assist as directed by ordering within the application help tab. 1 star for atmosphere due to the amount of incompetence within managing a very simplistic order. Recommend MOD reply to the review to resolve, since it’s apparent you don’t want to pick up a ringing telephone call during hours of operation. -10 / 10 … avoid establishment entirely.
