It was bad enough when all the condiments from my quarter pounder where not even on my burger but all over the inside of the box. But giving my son a chicken nuggets container full of ranch that was obviously used instead of nuggets in his happy meal is beyond disgusting. The staff is eating where the food is prepped?! This is against health code and McDonald’s policy. Employees clearly have no interest in doing their jobs with out stealing company time and product. This makes me wonder what else they are doing to people’s food. Forgetting dipping sauce forgivable, giving used food to a 5 year old is terrible. We had to turn back around to get this squared away. The manager didnt seem to care as it was tartar sauce. She practically tossed him a new chicken nugget and walked away. No apology, no empathy, just a look of we bothered her and were the problem. She did say she would talk to the people in the back AGAIN!!! So this isnt the first time. Also I did try to call in and the phone is disconnected.

Asked for 2 cheese burgers, no mustard, extra onions. This is what you get. If they would stay off there phone and actually hire people that wants to work instead of just wanting to stay on their phones it would be cool. But after working 10 hours and trying to get food for a sick child just get to home and get this. Shame.

It had the correct ticket but the food is always somehow messed up. Extra onions, yet not a single piece anywhere..

We travel I-75 sevrial times a year past Williamsburg, Ky. Decided to stop at the McDonald’s in Williamsburg on 12-21-2025 at 2:10 pm. We ordered one Quater Pounder and a Chesburger meal. Had to pull forward and waited 12 minutes on our food, hello!! YOU stop at McDonald’s for speed. No sorry it took so long from the employee! We got back on I-75 north bound and started to eat our meal. My Quater Pounder was cold and the bund was flaky, not fresh. My wife ate one cheese burger and open the second one. Big surprise!! The cheese burger must have been left over from the noon lunch hour. The total burger was hard, bun, meat and cheese. So pass on this McDonald’s in Williamsburg, KY if you don’t want to wait and want food that you can eat. Poor, Poor service, politeness and food.

The worst McDinive ever been to in my life. They forgot a large portion of what I ordered which isn’t even the bad part.
When I told them I was missing a bunch of stuff they treated me like a THIEF and told me I must be mistaken because it wasn’t on the screen.
Luckit I used a code on the app and could pull up the order history. Meanwhile it was $30 and all they gave me were two happy meals.
The manager of the store told me I was wrong that it must not have been ordered to begin with. Thinking that when I showed him the receipt that maybe the attitude would change and I’d get my food.. NOPE. He got even more disrespectful and hateful towards me as the customer. This guy is not management material at all.
We had to pull up because all this took about 25 minutes at the pickup window. My wife went in to get the food and some sauce they had also left out. He continued to belittle and treat customers like trash. My wife asked what was going on in there and how did the stuff get so mixed up and he told her “Were hiring” of you can do it better.
Manager said this! Don’t go here!

Went through the drive thru and the employee was so rude gave us the wrong order and when I corrected her she got an attitude. I’ve worked with people before and if I was as rude as they were I would of been fired no questions asked. Do train your people better.

We were thinking a quick easy stop for familiar predictable food. It was a mess, orders of just about everyone were wrong. One person had to return to the counter three times. Food was old, cold, and gross. Sadly two people who were clearly in management were camped out at tables in the dining room without a care. The male management person was loudly pontificating about nothing of importance. I definitely don’t recommend and wish we had walked out like the people behind us and not wasted our money.
