I stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar yesterday, not only was the bartender nice but all the other servers and the manager were all friendly and I had an awesome experience! The cook even came out from the back and brought me a fresh breadstick for my entree!(The best one I ever had at a restaurant!)

I ordered two 12 oz Ribeyes, that were cooked just perfect to my taste, the only thing is that there was a LOT of fat and little to eat meat. Was still good though. The mashed potatoes were delicious and the green beans. Great food !

The food was very decent. No hostess stationed inside, waited 15 minutes to be seated by a waiter that finally decided to mosey up from socailizing at the bar when we kept trying to wave someone down. Waited over 20 minutes for someone else to take our drink order, then again after ordering our meals, several minutes went by before being told they were out of the simple fish n chips. To top it off, we were not offered a menu to choose something different by the manager who very rudely came out tell us we couldn’t get what we ordered then just walked away. Spent more time trying to flag down anyone that could hand us said menu to choose something different. Terrible experience.

Normally, I enjoy my meals at Applebee’s. This visit, the onion rings, and soup were really good. The Wonton Tacos had too much “wet” coleslaw. I had a drink from the bar (very pretty) that was exceptionally sweet. Having said all that, I will probably visit again because I have been pleased in the past.

I just called and placed an order for pick up, some miserable black woman answered the phone and when she told me the price I didn’t quite hear so I politely said “sorry what was that?” And she repeated the price very loudly and sarcastically, I then asked if I could pay over the phone ( like youre able to do anyyywhere else) and she says NO!!! YOU CANNOT!!! And before I could even say okay she hangs up the phone on me… didn’t even bother to tell me how long for it to be ready! so rude for literally no reason. She’s lucky I’m not the one who’s picking up this food smh

So I ordered cheesy bites which were so soaked in grease that I couldn’t even eat them it was like eating just grease they were all stuck together also I ordered the pretzel bread no salt and of course there was salt in them I asked for no honey mustard and I still got it the only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes. On top of that I also waited fifteen mins before I finally said something there was four servers walking around made eye contact and no one bothered to come and see what I was there for I finally asked for a manager to come out the manager comes out I told her that I had been waiting 15 mins before I finally had someone go and get u she never apologized didn’t offer anything to compensate for the poor service never again will I get any food from her again

Well, it just wasn’t for me. It has been a really long time since I ate at an Applebee’s, it’ll be a long time again. The service was okay. I didn’t like my food, but I can’t say it was prepared poorly. I just really wasn’t into it and wouldn’t recommend this chain in general; nothing wrong with this branch in particular
