We were on our way from Tampa to South Carolina, and on the way, we stopped for breakfast at McDonald’s. McDonald’s was next to a gas station, so we didn’t have to make another stop.
We ordered the Big Breakfast Sandwich with hash browns, hotcakes, a small iced caramel coffee, Egg McMuffin, and a crispy chicken biscuit. Our order came out in 10 minutes.
The Egg McMuffin and Crispy Chicken Biscuit were both really good, and the Iced Caramel Coffee was delicious as well. Hotcakes was also great and our toddler also loved the hotcakes as the breakfast.
The hash browns were a little disappointing. They were a bit too oily and not cooked very well. But the rest of the breakfast was really good.

My Opinions
This McDonald’s was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to after traveling all night we decided to stop for gas, and a break all of us were hungry and there was only 3 other customers inside and I saw 1 car in drive thru, not busy at all so we ordered four breakfast value meals ……. that is when our experience started to become a negative experience. This location has gone all self service for ordering first negative should still have one cashier for customer that are not comfortable using computers for what ever the reason. Then after waiting for a little extra time for what I thought would be freshly made hot food, 2 sodas had to wait another 5 min for a small regular coffee I take it out to the truck, realize they did not give me the frozen coke go back in about 3-4 min later I’m handed melting one (they should have remade it since it was thier mistake). I go back outside the food was cold and NOT EDIBLE!
Hashbrown were cold and tasted like they were fried in dirty oil 2 days ago
The 2 sprites had syrup just carbonated water.
Frozen coke had to much coke syrup.
Biscuits were hard and crumbling
Bagel was stale hard and burn, cheese was strange color
We put everything in the trash.
We are still hungry and wasted $30 on this McDonald’s that had NO QUALITY STANDARDS OR PRIDE IN THE PRODUCT HE ARE SERVING.

Not our best McDonald’s experience. We went through the drive thru at about 6-6:30am. The food was warm but definitely not hot and the orange juice was watered down. We ordered two breakfast combo meals and two a la cart items. In order for them to make the most from our order, they added my a la cart coffee to one of the combos, so they could charge us for an orange juice which is of course, more expensive. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this particular McDonald’s location.

Food was ordered through contact less menu. 3 min wait time. Food was good. I only suggest putting all the lettuce on the burger. Atmosphere was slightly crowded but not loud.

Worst McDonald’s ever, very slow and manager is very rude and lies to your face. Ordered a kids happy meal & a 6 piece nugget meal. Opened the 6 piece and there was a dirty hamburger patty only in the box. They just started laughing, asked where the happy meal was and she said it wasn’t on her screen and that I didn’t order it. I showed her my receipt and she got all pissy. Made us wait 20 minutes saying they were waiting on fries but we’re still serving other people w fries. I asked for a refund and she laughed and said no refunds. Got the happy meal and checked it at car and there was dirt on the nuggets that my grand daughter was going to eat. Nastiest McDonald’s. Beware stay away

Over 10 to receive my order 2 wraps and a fry… everything was cold. I add to reheat my food in the truck stop microwave . McDonald you need to do better than that. It’s getting worst and worst

Stopped in off I-95 heading south for gas and a quick late lunch… perhaps I should have eaten earlier. Coming in the place was Ice Cold. Kiosk’s were not working so waited to enter our order with the counter person. How can I describe a young man covering his nose with his shirt every few seconds getting ready to sneeze or wipe his nose. Food came out quickly but what’s with the ? Small unseasoned and warm as opposed to the normal long, hot and seasoned just right. My Fish sandwich was at best marginal and only ate half of it. Bills Quarter Pounder was ok. Either my tastes have changed or something was off at this location.

You’re better off going to a vending machine to get better service than you will here. The employees are incompetent and lazy and never around. This is the worsr mcdonalds I ever have been to. I have tried to give them several chances; this isn’t just a one time experience. They’re absolutely horrible.

Ordered food at 12.10 am. Nobody here from last 20 minutes. At last nice guy from back came out and help us. Almost 6 customers waited almost 30-35 minutes.He said sorry to all the customers, still not his mistake
