First few times food was great last couple bot so good. Got a quarter pounder with cheese meal burger was red in the middle fries cold and hard. Next time big mac meal not sure why it had 3 Patty’s on it but missing cheese pickles was thrown in not on burger and there was fries in the bow with it. Again fries cold not sure if I wanna try again.

This place is going downhill so fast it’s ridiculous. There’s obviously a major leak and for almost a hour, no one came to put a bucket down or nothing. Just let it pour in the kids area where kids are running around. Many young kids behind the register and in the back just standing around and no one bothered to wipe a table. The playground is gross too…. There was a time where this place actually had a manager that cared. This is so disappointing…

I solely come here because of convenience, but every experience is negative. The food is hit or miss as far as being hot and fresh. The employees I’ve interacted with complain with the window open in the drive through, or act as if they’re inconvenienced to work there. The attitudes of the employees are frustrating and I have begun driving twenty five minutes to Chick Fil A to be treated like a human being versus driving two minutes down the road to sit at the drive through box for seven minutes, being ignored.

The McDonald’s at this location seems to be more consistent with their food than many other McDonald’s I have visited. The drive-thru is efficient and better than most McDonald’s. Will continue to visit this location. The food is above average compared to other McDonald’s.

Food was hot and decent for McDonald’s , but the entire restaurant smelled bad enough to turn your stomach. Every surface and wall was covered in dirt, food , and sticky substances. The high chairs were also disgusting. I always look forward to McDonald’s sweet tea but it tasted like week old tar more than it did tea. Also nobody was taking orders at the counter if that matters to you ( I was fine using the Kiosk).

Don’t go to this one that much, but compared to others, the food quality seems to drop every time I do. Nuggets were not fresh tonight. Tasted a little stale, like they were sitting for a while. Definitely not McDs quality that I get at other locations. You guys got to do better.

Ex-employee here. Franchise owner is terrible, never had a job where I can’t call my boss (literally refused to give his number to me). Didn’t Adhere to my schedule restrictions no matter how many ppl I told, and no matter how many times I submitted days off in our portal. He takes advantage of the teenagers in his employment, berating and belittling them. It’s sickening. Tried to contact someone to get Number for Human Resources and was refused the number. All around bad experience.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast bite at dine in. I was the only one at the register, but employees were so busy with drive through, I stood there for 3-5 minutes before I was acknowledged and then was told they would be right with me. I ordered a sausage biscuit and medium orange juice. Employee walked away before my payment processed. I received no receipt and my orange juice was served as below. Not sure what’s going on except focus is on the drive through.
