Our doordasher marked our delivery delivered. A $75 order and all the delivered were drinks. With a house full of hungry family I drove up to the location and was so thankful Briana and the entire team took great care of us. Remade our order and fresh drinks. Really saved the day

Love’s Truckstop was the Poorest service of any McDonalds in our area. Food is mediocre to poor at best. I spent 20 minutes at the drive through with no one taking my order. Circled the drive through twice before a lady finally waited on me with a poor don’t care attitude. No plans to return to this location. Other customers were held up too.

Young lady taking orders/payment was extremely pleasant; smiled, manners, etc. I was also greeted with a smile and kind gentleman at pick up window. Honestly not that mad my burger was wrong and forgot my buffalo. Lol. Being kind to one another goes a long way.

I don’t usually review fast food spots but the best thing about this location is the raccoons going in and out of the dumpsters.
Ordered a double cheeseburger meal with extra pickles and they both came completely plain except for ketchup and a tiny drop of mustard, they were obnoxiously smashed, they forgot an order of chicken strips, and the fries didn’t have enough salt. I’d still go back (it’s a McDonalds) but make sure to check your food before you leave.

Absolutely incompetent human beings working at this location. Ordered a quarter pounder meal. The individual taking my order didnt understand what I was asking for when I asked for a large cup of water for my drink. After finally getting my meal, they didnt include the fries and the cheeseburger was drenched in ketchup. Would not recommend visiting this location.

This place is going downhill so fast it’s ridiculous. There’s obviously a major leak and for almost a hour, no one came to put a bucket down or nothing. Just let it pour in the kids area where kids are running around. Many young kids behind the register and in the back just standing around and no one bothered to wipe a table. The playground is gross too…. There was a time where this place actually had a manager that cared. This is so disappointing…
