I stop here every morning on my way to work for blended mocha with a shot of espresso and the crew here is the best around. Always friendly and smiling. Could not ask for better service! Recommend them to all.

As soon as we walked in theres flies and no worker at the register. We get our order and walk to the seats. There is sprinkles and food all over the seats,tables and floor Im only 12 and I know that that’s not sanitary. It took us 10 minutes to get our food, we checked for the food 2 times before it came out. Stiff sandwich cheese basically frozen egg is cold hash browns where chewy and cold as well. We asked for a refund and left.

My drinks lately have been bad, I don’t know who’s making them but usually they’re pretty good. Today I got a blue raspberry coolata and it wasn’t even blue nor did it taste like blue raspberry ♀️. Unfortunate but hopefully you can get everybody to make the drinks right more in the future.

Honestly Ive thought about posting this review for months now. This dunkin location has always been a problem for me. I feel as if the employees are not trained very well. Drinks come out just plain wrong or sour tasting some days. Most of the crew working all have attitudes or seem just plain annoyed when trying to order or pay. Lets not forget they get mad when asked to fix the drink that they clearly made wrong! I’m not the type to complain especially in the customer service industry because believe me I understand, but at the end of the day I truly believe this company could use some help. Maybe get a higher up in there to help figure things out. Ive never had a problem with any business as I have with this Dunkin. Ive spent so much money over the years hoping it would get better, but it seems just the opposite. There is one employee, a young girl who has always been a sweetheart but besides her most of the crew members make you feel like a burden for even being there.

We like this Dunkin and stop often for our favorite coffee place. We ordered the new breakfast taco and were disappointed with the size. Not at all like what is pictured in the Dunkin ADs. Very small and barely any ingredients. Won’t order this again.

I read through other reviews and I don’t know where some of those people are going. I come to this store regularly and everyone is courteous, friendly, and even happy. My orders have always been made quickly and correctly.
