Noticed black mold growing in the ice dispenser.. not in just one but both fountain machines.. no telling when the last time it was thoroughly cleaned and maintained. The employees were nice.

It took 35 minutes to get our food. The self-checkout machine did not provide us with a receipt or order number. We waited and waited and when I finally asked one of the busy and entirely uninterested employees to please look up our number, she asked me what I got and looked for it. I told her what we got by describing what items we had. She placed a new order for me, saying that it didn’t go into the system the first time. I told her I already paid for my previous order. She entered in another order that did not reflect at all what I told her I ordered. I asked for further assistance and the manager, who is extremely passive aggressive, did the same thing as her, including telling me I was wrong about what came in the meal I supposedly ordered. I had to describe it to him several times and then when he finally understood, he rudely indicated that our meal was at the counter the whole time. ALL I ASKED WAS IF THE WOMAN COULD LOOK UP OUR ORDER NUMBER SO WE COULD KNOW WHEN OUR FOOD WAS DONE. Absurd. And it smells like cigarettes and bad personal hygiene in there. Never again.

the service at the drive through was good. my biggest problem is this: we ordered 2 grimace shakes yesterday. they tasted fine. but 20 minutes after finishing his shake, my boy friend started violently throwing up. i didnt have the same exact experience, but i have been very ill in the bathroom, all day. my intuition tells me the shake machine here might not be cleaned often enough or SOMETHING. i wont be ordering here ever again.

Placed a curbside pickup order and rhey had another customer bring my food because it was raining. There is no justification for this service. It doesn’t matter if it is raining heavy or light. This could have went bad. What if that customer would have done something to my food? Not saying he did. But you have to go on the “what if”. This should have never happened and I hope there a correction to the service area after this post.

Horrible customer service! Just picked my sister up from work (11:20pm) and she decided she wanted McDonalds. We pulled to the drive through and were not greeted or anything. We said hello and started to place our order and was immediately given a rude “Hold on” . We proceeded to place the order once she said we could. We were told all machines were down and only soft drinks were available. We then stated we would like to use our code. She said to us “What’s the code number you’re trying to use”. She acted very rude when we attempted to give her the reward code for the $1 Large Fries. We seen the screen and the order was incorrect. We explained it wasn’t showing where it had been taken off and she never said anything. We were like hello hello, no answer. No reassurance whatsoever that it would be adjusted at the window. We ended up pulling off and going to the McDonald’s on Elma G Miles. Their customer service was 100% better and the machines were still on! They were all smiles and the order was correct and accurate.

This is the worst McDonald’s I been at I do 2 separate orders and wait at the crub side and they bring one and like me and my wife waits for like 30 or more minutes and we need to go inside to get the other one. Like this happened like 3 times with me. Just crazy how the workers don’t do their jobs right. They want easy money. Well this is the real world nothing is easy.

Waited 15 min for my food and got cold fries. When I asked for hot ones the server rolled her eyes, sighed audibly and walked away to retrieve more. They were slightly warmer but by no means hot or even edible. When I got the sandwich it was undercooked and cold as well.

Alma GA. Stays open at night with a full shift on duty and will not serve anyone for one to two hours till it’s time to close. They set in the dining room and socialize all night while y’all pay them. You should send someone from your corporation under cover to check out what they are doing. I can’t believe it. I have watched customers just keep driving off. This has been going on for some time now. Thank you and I hope you get to the bottom of this. We are a small town with not a lot of options so this restaurant should do awesome with the right management. Thank you and God bless you.
