We have been traveling over 15 hours dead heading to meet a sick friend. Went in, used the kiosk and received a blank receipt. I went to the counter and was greeted with such kindness. I showed my receipt to this beautiful human and she said she could not see the order on her screen to tell me what my order number was either but not to worry, she would get it figured out. Oh and “would you like your drinks while you are waiting for me to figure this out”? Are you kidding me? This wonderful lady just shared with me the best customer service I have ever had in my 50 plus years. There was more but I just have to say, this lady is the epitome of customer service. Well Done McDonald’s and Georgia! Thank you Judy, you made our night. You are just awesome ma’am.

I’ve gone here a couple times around 4pm, and the service is always fast, accurate, polite, and 0 nonsense. Because of my horrible experience at the Pionono location, I drive to this one 10mins out of my way and have yet to be disappointed. I always have the exact sauces I order, my 1c Deluxe burger always has the Mac sauce I add, and the service is polite yet direct. Even the fries I’m given are fresh and hot. Keep up the good work, y’all! It’s been extremely professional so far, and thank you!

Food was good, fast in, ordered quickly, fast out. Service was good. Fish Filet was stuck in cheese half way off the bun, but tartar sauce was the perfect amount. The fries needed salt and weren’t overly crispy. Nuggets were large and delicious and the Frozen Coke was refreshing. All in all a very good experience.

We ordered 2 Chicken Buiscuits and 2 hashbrowns. The Chicken was almost black like it has been cooked several times. I tried to call to advise the manager about it and no answer. We didn’t get to have our breakfast because it was too hard to eat! Gross.

Ordered DoorDash from this location. Cheeseburger Classic Pack. $15 fot 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries and a 20pc nugget. Good deal right? Except after you pay for it plus tip and delivery fee, all that is delivered is a 20pc nugget and 2 medium fries. Called the delivery service (doordash) and they said everything is packed when they arrive and they just pick up the bag. In other words, pure laziness and neglect on the side of McDonalds. Previously a business that had me as a customer, but no longer. Not a fan of outright scamming. If you advertise something, at least keep your word.
