After reaching out to McDonald’s corporate as advised by the restaurant owner, this is the reply I received.
“Thank you for taking the time to contact McDonald’s Customer Care.
You may be interested to know that most of our restaurants are
locally owned and operated. As independent business owners, policies may vary from one McDonald’s to another dependent upon the decision of the individual restaurant leader.
We hope to have the opportunity of serving you again soon under the Golden Arches.”
So basically, between the owner and corporate they are playing a blame game and no one wants to take ownership of anything and they want to toss me around. Thanks but no thanks.
Hey mcdonald’s help me understand if you say that you’re a 24-hour business, why can I not order from 3:00 in the morning to 4:15 when you’re switching your meal menus from lunch to breakfast. Also why does it take an hour and 15 minutes for you to switch the menu. Especially since I never experienced this during the hour where you shift from breakfast menu to lunch menu. Why does this only apply now? I’m on my way to work and you are the only thing that’s open. I use the term open loosely. Why are you paying employees to just stand around not giving an option for your customers to order? Concerned customer, and thank you for your attention to this matter.

This place LOUD! Uncomfortably loud when it’s busy. Noise doesn’t usually bother me but for some reason this trip here was extra loud. Couldn’t have a conversation with people at my table.

Listen, I just need you to know that not only has inflation affected the prices, but it has also affected the size of what you’re getting. I have never seen chicken nuggets this skinny from a McDonald’s in my entire life! it’s like they took a third of the meat off from what it used to be. I rarely eat McDonald’s anymore because I can’t take it on my stomach that much, but the nuggets are my go to, and the size is enough to make me not even wanna order those!

Outstanding service as per usual at this McDonald’s restaurant! I just commended the entire staff directly to the Regional Mgr who was receptive and appreciated the shout out. Kudos to LeKetha who has filled my coffee order for the past three days this week. Each time I walk in she’s already on task, all the while courteous and friendly! I so appreciate that and I’m glad I got to tell her. Today’s caramel frappe is super yummy and refreshing! Definitely the pick me up I needed this afternoon!

The place is extremely upgraded. They have kiosk to order from similar to the devices in Europe. It is helpful and quick. Click the picture to pick your items and add them to the cart. Order took 7 minutes to be prepared. I am not a fan of fast food so I allowed the kids to enjoy.

Nice but we were the only people in there, and there was only 2 of us and it took them almost 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks. Also no one was at drive threw either. Very slow unfortunately. But appearance wise was nice
