It’s always a great place to take the kids for breakfast. They really enjoy and love going to McDonald’s. The service was great and the place was clean. Plenty of parking and good tasting breakfast. Well definitely go back again.

We ordered via app and we were told to pull ahead. They then proceeded to park 5 more cars after us. They gave our food to another car. They pulled back around and came up to the door and addressed the food handler. The customer gave our food back to the worker and took hers. The worker then proceeded to close up the happy meal and hand it right back to us. She said she was taking the rest back inside to get it fresh. We watched her walk into the lobby and stand there. She returned with the same exact bag and food. All of this food had been opened and touched by the previous customer. I would have expected them to at least make more of an effort to hide the fact that they simply returned the food to us that was returned to them. Instead, we got the same food back in opened wrapping. We chose to just move on instead of fighting the battle there because we didn’t feel comfortable with the professionalism of this establishment.

By far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I took my kids by around 10:30pm after a swim meet to get some food. We went through the drive through and the employee told us to pull around to the next available spot. Well, all six drive-thru waiting spots were taken (bad sign) so I pulled into the closest parking spot. From there, I waited 25min for my food to come out. Well, the food was cold and my daughter’s happy meal was missing. I asked the employee to bring it as quickly as she could since I had an infant in the car. She said everything was ready and she would “be right back” with the happy meal. Another 10min went by (and she brought out two other orders) before I had to ask her again to bring me my daughter’s happy meal. She finally brought it out and proceeded to drop it in the parking lot, spilling the contents. It was an accident and she was truly sorry, but it was the cherry on top of an absolutely miserable experience.

It took a really long time to get our food. But it was all correct, it was good, and they were really friendly. Depends on the time of day, tho. They say open 24 hours but after working late I pulled up to all the drive thru screens turned off. When I came around front, the three employees were just chilling out front smoking. They weren’t interested in working and I wasn’t trying to ruin the vibe and get a spitburger deluxe.

Sorry if my high energy in the morning came off wrong. I’m just really happy and energetic. I think the drive thru order taker this morning felt I was being rude, but I promise…I am just a happy-go-lucky girl who is very blessed and thankful for each day God gives. I hope I did not ruin your day and please have a wonderful shift. I gave 5 stars just for good measure. I can tell when you said “you don’t have to say it like that” that you felt disrespected, but I will try to be less energetic when I see you again.

Drive thru breakfast order, was told to pull up, “2 minutes for hash browns” 10 minutes later went inside, cash registers not manned, after a couple of minutes, one of the kitchen staff noticed me standing there, I explained my situation. A rather large lady picked up my bag that was sitting there and gave it to me, food was no longer hot. I normally don’t use this restuarant, won’t be back.

It’s always something with this location. Either the drive thru is ridiculously backed up because no one is taking orders or my order always gets messed up. Today I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and was so excited that the machine wasn’t down like they usually claim. Just to leave and see that they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few Oreo pieces on the top. That’s not what I paid for.

I visited during the early lunch hour… My service was fine but three people that were waiting for their meals.. were very unpleased.. one,they didn’t fill his order had cleared the screen,.. one order was given to someone else…and the person in front of me in line wanted his money back… But they argued with him and he just left over 15.00 on the counter
