I had an early morning appointment for blood work and had to fast after midnight. After having all the lab work completed, I decided to stop by McDonald’s for a bite to eat. Luckily, it was still during the breakfast hours, so I purchased four breakfast sandwiches with biscuits and was very disappointed. The biscuits were too doughy and entirely made the sausage, eggs, and cheese not enjoyable at all. I removed some of the insides of the biscuit so I could halfway enjoy my purchase. Unfortunately, that still didn’t change anything.

Went to McDonald’s yesterday because my daughter just wanted ice cream everyone is outside smoking both drive thru are closed I asked the manager why were they closed she stated the system was down and the gm wasn’t answering the phone I told her I can walk her through on how to bring the system back up because I was a manager she then turned around and said we close as I told her that’s not an excuse to turn customers down do offline sales and when the system comes back up put everything in the system simple.. but she was rude

The workers are the most rudest people I ever met. They couldn’t give you your change cause they were out but when they got change they didn’t even offer you change they owed me ,60 and up sized everything on my order without asking didn’t realize till I sar down to eat .
