Unfortunately I have to write this.
Over the last couple of years that we have frequented this McDonald’s i swear its gotten worse. Today takes the cake.
It was semi busy not much different as normal. But at the drive through speaker it was Are you using the mobile app? No. Then it was what do you want. Ok. People have bad days its all good I understand. But when I got to the 2nd window to pick up food the order was large sized and the fry boxes are half empty and cold as the ice in the cups.

With Wendy’s opening in the coming weeks and Chick-fil-A opening within the year you all need to get it together. Im sorry but this is unacceptable to even for fast food.
Unfortunately the crew doesn’t care because its all about times and getting off of shift. But as an owner someone needs to put their foot down and take control and yes I worked in fast food as a teen I understand. But we were not this bad.

We ordered 3 McRibs and 2 orders of fries. After waiting 10 mins pulled off from drive through, we finally got our order. When we got home (45 mins drive) and opened the order, we were stunned. They had either run out of McRib buns (nothing said to us) or had no clue how to make them. We got a regular hamburger bun with half the meat hanging out of it and a box drenched with BBQ sauce (see attached photo). The fries were less than half full to top it off.

This wasn’t a mistake. This was intentional and fraudulent. I won’t go back.

Note to self and everyone else, Do NOT get their Coffee in the Morning time. They tried charging me for a Cappuccino so I went in and gotten a Frappe because that is what I ordered. These Drive Thru Employees need to get better at hearing. When I went in to get my Frappe, I asked for a Frappe not a Cappuccino so then They spent 10 minutes talking to each other about some drama, then came to me and said “my bad I forgot” then she started blending it, then it was “I need to blend it again” then after 3 more minutes I got my Frappe without paying. It didn’t end there, I got to my car and took a sip, I should’ve gotten my refund because they basically just put water in there with food coloring and slapped some whip cream on there and some caramel and handed it to me. Don’t know what the shake machine is there for, they were just playing with it while messing up my drink. This is the FIRST TIME I go to this McDonalds in the Morning and usually in the afternoon they are on top of everything and they don’t mess up or have drunken / high employees on the Drive Thru Intercom. There was another customer next to me who was waiting longer inside of the restaurant and they just got to him as I was leaving, might as well install a sleeping area for these employees, these guys don’t need it since they sleep in the kitchen anyway.

DO BETTER, MCDONALDS. FIND BETTER EMPLOYEES WHO DON’T DANCE AND RUN THEIR MOUTHS WHILE THEY MESS UP OTHER’S FOOD.

I’ve never been to a McDonald’s so impressive. From cleanliness, to service, to quality of food, all 10/10. My family of 5 ordered 5 separate meals and we had them in our hands, hot & fresh, in under 6 minutes inside. That is incredibly impressive and I truly can’t express that enough. An incredible experience for my family and I, and I truly appreciate this establishment!

HORRIBLE IS ALL I CAN SAY. Ordered a #9 ( 2 cheeseburger meal ) medium with a sweet tea. I’m asked to go park in spot 1. Food comes out and the guy said #9 edited with no onions or pickles. I said no it wasn’t edited it was just a. #9 all the way that’s it. He goes to get it “fixed”. Brings it back same exact way. I took my pathetic food and drove off. The guy that brought it out had no ambition whatsoever. Fries were cold and the tea was hot. Best thing about this McDonald’s is the Wendy’s next door is almost ready.

This morning we wanted to get some Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagels and this is what I got. Both burnt to crisp at over $5 a pop this is completely unacceptable. This isn’t the first time they messed up my order, I’m still waiting for a refund for a shake I never got cause the machine was broken from March!!! The employees aren’t trained correctly and Management hasn’t responded, tired of waiting for my few bucks back, I’ll just give my money to someone who actually cares about the product they put out. I wonder how this chain is still open.

Absolutely unbelievable. Box in waiting for 40 mins. Soooo slow. Walked in to order on the kiosk and people getting our food before us without the wait. If they don’t have enough people working they should shut down the drive through instead of making people wait. We won’t be back

I purchased a frappe and sausage McMuffin. I tried ordering a macchiato but the machine didn’t work. When I got home, I opened the McMuffin to find a burned mess. I could not even eat it. I have eaten at this store several times and each time something is wrong with my order.

I came in around 11:20 to get food for my sick mother — this is her favorite meal, and I was hoping to make her day a little better. I understand it was late, but the store closes at 12:00. When I placed my order, a woman named Ashley (just identifying her for clarity) seemed frustrated when I asked if I could get a McFlurry. She simply replied, “No,” in a dismissive tone — it wasn’t said playfully or kindly.

She then remarked that we were making her job harder just by ordering a Coke, fries, and a McFlurry. When we got to the second window, she handed us our food and immediately shut the window without a word. This was our food in the image a coke with no ice and a medium fries filled to the bottom of the red and no straw. McDonald’s do better this is just disgraceful and unacceptable for a hundreds of billion dollar company or any company in fact.

Let me preface this by saying, I have given this location soooo many opportunities to do better. This morning, all I wanted was a Diet Coke. Simple right? No! They had to cancel my order, because they had no change for me to pay them (it was a $20, nothing crazy). Forget all of the times they have gotten my order wrong, or all the times I’ve spent most of my lunch break waiting in their line, or all of the times the attitude of the employees has been less than pleasant. I will be forever thankful for another fast food option in the area, because I work there 5 days a week. I will definitely never give this location another chance!
