The coke with no ice was absolutely wonderful. Customer Service Rocked! The Lady was very welcoming and accommodating. I pressed no ice on the app, but the app wasn’t having it once again. The food is not always the best. Mom didn’t like her BEC Toaster. She asked me where was the bacon and have I had that it before. (It was good 5 years ago.) My sister said her French toast sticks were good.
The parking lot is scary. Please pay attention. It’s a reck waiting to happen.

They could not get my order right. Closed in my face with still a wrong order. Called the complaint department and the assistant manager has yet to return my call. He the one that messed up the last order. I think the 3rd attempt could have corrected my wrong orders. I would stay away from this establishment .

Terrible wait time, employees looking straight at us while our buttons flashing. Our order was wrong, even though the lady asked for us to clarify more than what felt necessary. We asked for a fork afterwards and it took them at least ten minutes. Very rude, not responsive or good at communicating.

Stopped at this Sonic on the way back from Memphis. It is just off Interstate 55 so it is convenient if you’re traveling that route. They have all the things every other Sonic has but they don’t have a drive-thru like some of the newer ones. Overall, not a bad spot for a drink or snack stop.

Day shift always does a great job. Friendly carhops and timely on orders. I picked up ice cream this weekend and can tell the ice cream machine needs to be cleaned asap. It would be nice if the stalls were repaired as well although I know that’s costly. Several are broken

Horrible food. The chips in the frito chili pie were stale. My tator tots were half cooked and weighed 3lbs each from all the grease. I did an app order that took well over 30 mins. This location is horrible, I’ll definitely drive the extra 10 miles for a better Sonic.
