I went thru the drive thru 10/05/2025 at 9:26pm after arriving home my husband realized his burger was RAW! Not including that my 10yr old nephew and 4yr old daughter both has burgers & consumed them before we even realized that they could’ve possibly been raw as well! I a post on social media and it has almost went viral due to this happening to multiple people at this same location. I went in today on 10/06/2025 around 6:00pm and was greeted by a manger unaware of name. And provided proof of my receipt and photo of raw burger. I asked for refund and a full remake of my meal. I got told she could remake only my burgers bc my meal was too “large” & she couldn’t provide refund. Customer service 0/10! And if serving RAW uncooked food is normal for this location it needs to be SHUT DOWN!

This location has had its hiccups in the past, but it’s been a steady stream upwards in the last few weeks! This morning, I went to get breakfast for me and my wife, and when I got home we noticed we didnt have any hotcakes. I came back to the store, and was informed that they didnt have any left in stock (which is fine, truck order messes up sometimes), when thus lovely employee crystal ran to the back and grabbed her hotcakes that she was going to eat for breakfast for us. Of course this wasn’t expected, and was just a very sweet personal gesture on her behalf. Fantastic service, and I will be coming here whenever I want mcdonalds from now on!

The managers are awful. Everytime we come here we have to pull forward and wait even though we always have a small order. This last time we had to pull forward for a freaking 6pc kids meal where the managers completely forgot we were out waiting and had 4 other orders that came after us that were served first with much larger orders. I had to go inside to remind them that we were waiting on a KIDS MEAL.

We visited this McDonald’s with our kids. The dining area was not very busy — only two or three tables were occupied, although there were cars in the drive-thru.
We needed to ask a question about using the ordering kiosk and payment, but despite several employees being nearby, no one acknowledged us or offered help. It felt like we were being ignored. Eventually, we figured everything out ourselves and placed the order through the kiosk.
Our order was brought out quickly, but it was handed to us in two bags, and when we started checking it, we realized that about half of the order was missing. We had to go back and sort it out.
The dining area was very clean, but customer service definitely needs improvement.

I visited this McDonald’s I was charged for 3$ tap water. Mcflurry was poorly made half-filled. Manager was agitated and expressed aggression to me and the employee. Would recommend the Burger King down the road.

On 12/31/2025 my daughter went through the drive-thru and ordered two meals, a double fish meal, A spicy chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger. The double fish was two hockey pucks so I returned it. When I get in there they look at me like I had two heads. I said to them I wouldn’t serve this to anyone. They replaced my order with the same batch of fish hockey pucks. I then wanted my money back. Britney at first only refunded me for the double fish not the meal mine y’all. I brought the drink back too a complete meal. The gentleman came over and said she had a meal so Britney gave me back $9 not to mention I had extra tartar which is $0.26. and told me to keep the reordered meal. The gentleman then said to me we can’t give you the meal and your money because of our inventory. I wasn’t expecting the meal. I just wanted my money. All of it not just $9 need better Cooks

Went through Drive-Thru for the new “As Featured In” meal. Employee says that he’s never heard of it. There are posters all over the restaurant promoting it…
So I park and go inside. 2 employees and a manager have no clue what I’m talking about yet they are all wearing shirts that are promoting it! I point to all the stickers, signs, and the commercial playing on the kiosks. Just shrugs and blank faces. Why don’t you know your own menu??? Just say “we’re not doing it anymore but all the materials are still up” instead of pretending it doesn’t exist! I’m attaching some of the materials they had up in case some manager wants to school their 17 year old employees on what it is.
And I get that “it’s just a normal meal”, but can you at least recognize the name that your company is calling it for the limited time? It’s labeled this on the menu!

Chicken biscuits are NEVER cooked thoroughly. It’s literally the same uncooked chicken biscuit every single time, I don’t even know why I keep trying. Get it together!

I am absolutely floored at the horrible customer service we received today. My wife ordered a spicy sausage mcmuffin without egg and were alarmed with what our total came out to. Upon getting our receipt, we realized that the team member charged us for a spicy sausage mcmuffin WITH egg and then took the egg off. I worked for McDonald’s for 7 years but it doesn’t take an employee to know that there’s a better way to ring it up that’s cheaper. When we brought it up at the window, the woman was instantly combative and said she’s worked here 20 years and she knows how to ring it up. She said it HAD to be rung up that way. Nice. I know that’s factually incorrect. Well apparently she doesn’t because she charged us for a food item we didn’t get. So we ordered it through the app, went back through the drive thru and she shut the window in our face before we could tell her the difference. When we waited, a kind person came up and offered to grab the manager and we were shocked to find out SHE was the manager. She was absolutely rude and horrible to deal with and didn’t admit she was wrong or apologize. We will never come back if you’re going to have rude, nasty people INCORRECTLY ringing people up and then ARGUING about it. What a miserable experience. Please see the attached receipts. I doubt anything will come of this but if you go to this location, be mindful about what they’re ringing up for you.
Update: this place just gets better and better. All we bought were drinks and they waited until after we paid to tell us that they are out of ice. Are you kidding me? Handing me warm soda and sending me on my way? Do BETTER. Sick and tired of this place.
