Adding to this: twice they’ve been “cash only” on weekend evenings. Your employees are stealing money. That’s all there is to it. Aside from them frequently just closing the lobby whenever they feel like, my burger was legitimately raw. That’s a first in my 28 years of eating McDonald’s. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this one.

Stopped through on the way to North Carolina with two young kiddos. Service was great. Food was hot and fresh. We used the kiosk to order. Bathrooms and the establishment were clean and the employees were so kind to us. I didn’t catch his name, but the man with dreads will most definitely make sure you’re taken care of and will treat you well! A better McDonald’s than that in my hometown for sure! Would recommend and will revisit on the way back through.

Please don’t stop here! The owner/ store manager needs to know the night shift working tonight is very rude for no reason! We were going to order take out but after the unpleasant service we will go to taco bell! No one inside ordering or drive thru so I guess they don’t need business! Keep going to the next exit!!!

the night shift was INCREDIBLY RUDE and blatantly lied to me and my friends. they said they closed in 15 minutes and that they would open the doors for us and they lied and never opened the doors until a couple minutes until closing time then telling us that they couldn’t make our food in time. terrible service don’t go here. They then told us to make a mobile order and left out half of my order. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!✋

Stopped here for a quick lunch break driving from Atlanta to Nashville. Not sure how you mess up McDonald’s, but this was the worst mcDs food we’ve ever had, enough to warrant a review. Just got a simple Big Mac meal with fries and an iced coffee. We ordered at 11:41am – pretty normal lunch time… Surprisingly the ice coffee was stronger than usual, so that was good. But the food was old – buns were stale, and the fries were so bad, they were inedible. They were like cold soaked sponges in oil. Not enough salt either – but even after adding salt, we still couldn’t eat them. I don’t need piping hot, fresh fries but most of the time you at least get warm/hot fries from a heat lamp. Hate wasting food, and never have not eaten mcDs fries, so these were THAT bad.

If there was a “NEGATIVE” option for stars, mine would be -1000! I have never “NEVER” in my life experienced anything “ANYTHING!” Like I did @ the McDonald’s in Adairsville Ga. Not only was the employees rude, but the manager! Smh…if there was an award for the most rude, disrespectful, bad role model for the people under me award she would have taken home the golden award the silver and the bronze! My son and I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins, I said “hello?” Twice no response. We figured they were busy or short staffed, so we went inside. Placed our order, I paid and we waited and waited and waited. The people in the drive thru was served before us, 2-3 door dash orders was ready before our order was even started. We waited a total of 25 mins before I asked for refund. The manager said we are working on it now, I politely shook my head no, and asked for my money back the manager said “ugh, don’t dropped the 20 piece nugget” and walked off. I stood there 7 more mins. Before I had to ask was I going to get my money back. The cashier replied “you’re going to have to wait there’s no money in the drawers” I replied “I don’t have to do anything, and it would’ve been nice if someone would have communicated with me instead of me, having to stand in here, trying to figure out what’s going on” after another 7-10 mins I asked again for my money, a boy came to the register I explained what had happened and he looked at me like I was stupid. Finally the manager comes back with $17 I paid $22.40. I had to show her what was taken out of my account before she went back to get the rest of the money, I again waited another 5 -7 mins for another girl to bring me the rest of my money and it was still wrong she left to get the manager. The manager “never” came back out….I waited patiently, I was never rude, to them or anything even while the employees talked about me like I wasn’t there….needles to say, don’t go to the Adairsville Ga McDonald’s….but if you do I hope your experience was better than mine <3
