Worst McDonald’s experience ever! Service was extremely slow because the Supervisor wanted all customers to use the self order app. If it is an option customers should be able to use that option. They claimed short staff but a customer called them out because she was turned down the day before. As a customer am tired of hearing employers using short staff as an excuse for poor or bad service. Get it right or close it down. In and Out Burger got it right. In an addition to that inwitnessed an employee observe a very loud altercation with profanity and threats and did absolutely nothing except go in the cook area and give details to the workers. Come on service industry…clean up your act!

If I could give no stars I would I tried to use my code to get points and the drive thru attendant said it’s in valid when I looking right at the code. Unacceptable mcds should really update there staff on what to do and say if the code doesn’t work give your customers more options to load the order that we spend our money on please.

This place either needs to do better and step up . Or shut down honestly . I ordered ubereats and there were missing items . I cant even get a refund . The sweet tea taste old and wasn’t filled up all the way. The hashbrowns were undercooked and drenched in oil. This is ridiculous. I spent $36.00 . They don’t deserve the 1 star, I just had to select it to post! THIS LOCATION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTH THE TRIP!!! When you try to order ahead on the app, it says you can only do a pickup order BUT the staff will lock the door therefore you have to pull at the handle AND knock until a staff member lets you in. If you try to pickup the mobile order through the drive thru, the staff will tell you that’s not allowed while knowing they locked the door. The location is filthy and the staff don’t wear any uniforms. Just all around a horrible experience!

Because I ordered curbside service, I ordered a double quarter pounder with no onions no mustard and extra pickles with large fries and drink but got a quarter pounder with onions and no pickles and small fries and a drink with no straw.
