I drove down to Atlanta to run errands since I’m living in North Georgia. I stopped at this Mc Donald’s on my way since I was driving for an hour and I found the place clean, full of light and nice lounge music, but not just that, cashiers and the staff is very nice and welcoming, they also took my order with a smile and kindness. After that my food was ready in just couple of minutes!!! Mrs Christina Acosta and her team are doing a fantastic job!!! Please offer Christina an additional day off, a free meal and promote her when possible, also please give the staff an incentive as well since they are rocking too. Other restaurants should learn from Christina and her team because they cater food with hospitality and care. Thank you Mc Donald’s! I’m definitely loving it! i will definitely come back! 🙂

We came in here with our students and teachers. Possible close to 80-90 people! And may I add this team under Traniqua (sorry if I misspell) but they killed it. They were amazing. Attentive, friendly, and got us all out of there with such ease and swiftness.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. The pictures explain it all.
Undercooked, raw food.
The manager did give me a full refund, and offered me something else but I didn’t accept yet because I’ve lost trust in this particular location.
P.S The manager at the time (literally) tried to say these burgers did not come from their location. That’s why I did not accept the refund. she tried to make it seem like I was trying to get “free” food. I’m sure no one wants anything free from a place that served them undercooked food!
However, I bought two quarter pounders because of my McDonald’s points/coupons allowed me to. One burger is just more raw than the other. I also have proof of purchase from this location on my McDonald’s app.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong spicy chicken sandwich, but Dolores the manager and her staff were super helpful in resolving the issue! The food came out well and you can tell they change the oil properly and regularly. The fries were a nice golden color. Will come back again!

Upon entering, I noticed the manager standing outside the store, engaged in a personal conversation with two other employees, leaving customers unattended.
