Undercooked, raw food.
The manager did give me a full refund, and offered me something else but I didn’t accept yet because I’ve lost trust in this particular location.
P.S The manager at the time (literally) tried to say these burgers did not come from their location. That’s why I did not accept the refund. she tried to make it seem like I was trying to get “free” food. I’m sure no one wants anything free from a place that served them undercooked food!
However, I bought two quarter pounders because of my McDonald’s points/coupons allowed me to. One burger is just more raw than the other. I also have proof of purchase from this location on my McDonald’s app.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s during breakfast hours. Upon entering, I noticed the manager standing outside the store, engaged in a personal conversation with two other employees, leaving customers unattended. When I politely asked if someone could take my order, she shot me a mean look and told me to wait a minute. After surprisingly waiting and trying to explain my time constraint due to an appointment, she approached the register with a brusque attitude, asking me what I wanted in a way that felt very unprofessional and discourteous. Because of this behavior, I chose not to place my order and left feeling frustrated. It’s unfortunate, as I expected a much better level of customer service.

2. Refused to customize an iced vanilla coffee (because they don’t do what other McDonald’s do)
