12/17/25 at 4:00 pm. This McDonalds is so raggedy. They tried to rush us off the ordering machine before we were even done. We had to tell the girl taking orders at the first window that our second meal was a large because she never asked. But we are grateful she corrected this. Unfortunately, there was no receipt paper to check the order after correction. When we got to the second window, the next girl gave us a medium drink even though we told her we had just ordered a large and had it corrected. She proceeded to brush us off and only give us the medium drink and the bag with our order. Everything in the bag was extremely MESSY. There was sauce EVERYWHERE in my Double Cheeseburger pack. They proceeded to only give one Honey Mustard for 2 orders LARGE FRIES. This location sucks. I will continue to go to the 2049 Cobb Pkwy location where they are consistent and I never experience this.

I placed a mobile order for a five dollar meal and listed very specifically how I wanted my food. I wanted my burger with heavy or extra onions; which it it is printed on my receipt also I asked for extra ketchup and mustard.I had none of the above on my sandwich which I have pictures of that Im going to upload and also a copy of my receipt and mobile order.The second thing is I asked for honey mustard in the app as well for my nuggets; I had zero sauce none, and the nuggets looked old and cold which I have photos of as well.I didnt live close enough to return back to the location but I do want to know If I spent my money on food that I ordered then thats exactly what I should have gotten.I ordered tomatoes to my sandwich as well but for .75 cents there was barely any there as you will also see in the photos.My whole experience was bad today for some reason because I most of the time enjoy my experience thats why I frequent McDonalds alot.I just would like to have my money returned to my card because this was terrible a best.Wish I could do zero stars.

7 MONTHS LATER (10/28/25): My sister wanted Chickfila and I wanted a $4 breakfast from McDonald’s. Came in and did an order on the kiosk and selected a table marker. The young lady at the counter called me to the counter to pick up my order instead. She said it’s because the trays to serve on have no paper. Stating they’re waiting on a truck to arrive to start bringing orders out to the table. Which makes absolutely no sense but hey man, anything to do cut work down right?
Mobile ordered for pick up at counter because it was an option on the app. When I arrived both doors were locked and the workers were staring at me from inside. The door clearly states on it, the dining room opens at 6 am. So may I ask why the doors are locked ?
PSSST … Starbucks was very close and ACTUALLY open at the time they have listed on the door. Way better food and way better customer service, yay

I normally don’t support eating out at fast food restaurants, but on this particular day, I was in a pinch and had to grab something for myself and my child.
Nothing upsets me more when I get my food and it’s cold.I didn’t check it before I left.And I literally drove around the corner, and it was cold.Well, the fries were cold, so it was disappointing.The nuggets were warmish.My son’s burgers were warm and he didn’t mind eating cold fries.But I would say, check your food before you leave the drive through

I vowed that I would never come back to this location, but we were in a hurry, and it’s close to my destination, so here we are.
Today was a better experience in comparison to previous visits, So I am increasing my rating to at three.
Of course this is not the place that you go when you want healthy food, but McDonald’s has been well known for a long time to be a convenient place to go when you need something quick and to entertain your children.
We came today to get my son an iced coffee. If you have downloaded the McDonald’s mobile app, always check the deals first before you order in case there is a coupon for the items that you would like to have.
On today’s visit the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the playroom looking warm and inviting. Ordering do you take a little longer than usual, but the young lady expressed it was her first week and apologized and I admire that.
There was a line, but the service was pretty fast today and our order was correct.
My main issue is that if you park in the disability spaces and there is a line at the drive-thru, you will be stuck until the line goes down. Also, even though it’s not a requirement, most of the employees look as if they do not want to be there.
I look forward to visiting again, and if I can get consistent professional service, I will continuously increase my rating.

The whole crew should be replaced here except for the cashier… 2/17/26 @ 4:55 pm.. I ordered a large black coffee I had to give the coffee back and ask for a hot coffee because this coffee was next to cold…. When I got my coffee I asked for sugar everyone knows it takes more sugar to sweeten the black coffee than if it had creamer… The lady gave me five sugars I asked her for a few more packets as it’s a large black coffee It takes more sugar to sweeten… She turned around to all the staff members she want more sugar in a belittling tone, of course everyone gravitated to that negative energy and I had to argue debate to get more sugar for my coffee…. With the old lady in a blue McDonald shirt telling me she cannot give me all her condiments, I said Mom I paid for my coffee and I’m going to get my sugar to sweeten it.. she continued to debate with me when I paid for a coffee and I am entitled to getting sugar she wanted to tell me how much sugar I need to use into my black coffee That was the debate and that I need no more sugar.. The entire crew started laughing and being very rude quite humiliating behavior towards me… If I pay for coffee don’t you dare tell me how much sugar and debate and try not to give me my sugar This was a 5-minute wasted

Got to be one of the worst McDonalds experiences I’ve had. The employees there are the opposite of friendly and welcoming. No one says hi, what can I get you or anything for that matter. They just stand there in silence and wait for you to order. I ordered a latte. 1 latte. 1 single item. I sat and waited. I proceeded to watch the 5 people that came in and ordered after me get their food, drinks and coffees before me. After a while I had to go up and ask them about my order. They acted like I was stupid. They proceeded to hand me a cup of coffee with milk in it. (As we all know, a latte is supposed to be espresso). They didn’t say anything or apologize for the wait. Just handed me the improperly made drink.

I was working in the area and stopped by here twice on Separate days. The staffs attitude were awful. They had the absolute worst customer service skills. Both times, I ordered my daughter a Happy Meal and both times the toy wasn’t in the box. They literally watched me open the box and show them they inside of it but still acted like I was trying to get over for the little toy. If it happened to be twice on different days, it has happened to others, so why y’all acting like I’m lying about a simple little toy? Ridiculous. If you ask for Ketchup, they act like you asked them to go home and get it from their personal kitchen. Do better. If you don’t want to work there, don’t.

No professional customer service they rude. They don’t say good morning. They come in there with those long fingernails like they Cardi B eyelashes long. It’s a Food health violation to have long eyelashes and long nails to be around Food. The manager the corporate needs to come in there in the morning and see the behavior of his staff and the complaints that they are getting. They’re very unprofessional from the manager down to the young lady with that long pretty hair that stands at the window and just very hateful. She’s a hateful, hateful, hateful, young lady.
