Every time I’m in Dallas, visiting Bonefish Grill is a must, and a big part of that is GABBY at the bar. She consistently provides exceptional service and truly elevates the entire dining experience. Her drinks are always perfectly crafted, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does.
Beyond the bar, the food at this location is always outstanding. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The combination of great food and Gabby’s top-tier hospitality keeps me coming back every time.

We gave Bonefish another try after several years. We had a couple of poor experiences with food quality.
The food today was excellent! We started off with the crab corn chowder and it was fantastic! Just the right amount of ingredients, spice, and heat. It paired very well with the crunchy bread and seasoned olive oil dipping sauce.
For entrees we had the lobster ravioli and the Mahi-Mahi and shrimp. Both tasted delicious: flavorful and well seasoned without being overpowering. The portions were perfect for us too. An all-around great dining experience so we will definitely be back!

Very good food. Our waiter was excellent. They were able to adjust the dish to accommodate my wife’s food allergies. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because the hostess had an attitude when we asked to be seated at a different table because we didn’t like the location of the first one she brought us to. And she was also rude when my wife asked if she could please trade out the table candle for one that worked. Besides that small issue when we first got there, everything was excellent. Only other thing I noticed was the tables were not being cleared after guests left. It was an early Monday evening so they weren’t busy and I didn’t notice anyone having to wait for a table, but seeing uncleared tables for an hour seems odd to me.

We dined as a party of nine for my mother’s 84th birthday and had a fabulous meal with outstanding service. Every person raved about their meal. Kat did an outstanding job serving my chaotic and dietary-restricted family. Kudos to her for patience and skill in managing our table so well.
The cedar plank glazed salmon and the shrimp diablo linguini were table favorites. And of course, the bang bang shrimp can’t be beat. Thank you for a great evening!

As much as they charge for their food you would think the service would on par, but it’s not. Understaffed leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth no matter how good the food is. SA’s would be a step in the right direction. Especially on a busy night like Valentine’s. Drinks were left empty constantly, I had to get up and ask for plates and silverware, Drinks from the bar were being made by our server, he dropped them off at the wrong table and had to go back and make a second ones. Other tables around us were experiencing the same thing. Floors were littered with napkins and straws. Kitchen was not any better. Many tables were leaving because food was not coming out. Kitchen being backed up in a “fine dining” restaurant is inexcusable. My salmon was burnt and overcooked. They just need to change the name to Red Lobster if they are going to serve burnt fish with basic potatoes and over steamed broccoli from a bag for 40.00 a plate. We won’t be back to this location and I would advise you to stay away as well
