My family and I were traveling home from Thanksgiving and stopped at the Coldwater MI location. The food was great as usual, but what really stood out was on our way out of the restaurant, my 4 year old daughter was telling me that she wanted a Scoopy stuffed animal toy. One of the employees heard her and caught up with us in the parking lot with a Scoopy for her. We were really touched that they not only heard what she was wanting, but acted generously. We love Culver’s!

For fast food, the food is usually good here. I’ve never had a complaint before until tonight. Y’all are doing great with the workload, I did see y’all were busy, but please pay attention to detail. For the first time I was unable to eat the burger I ordered, I requested No Mayo and No Onion due to dietary restrictions and food allergy, this direction was not followed and the burger went to waste.

I saw the sign stating Walleye is back so thought I’d try it. It was one of these poorest sandwiches ever. First bite and grease/water ran out of sandwich, the teaspoon of lettuce was nasty, the rest of the fish was so greasy I threw it away – very disappointed in quality.

I used to always give Culvers 5-Stars in every category. I think, maybe, it is hard to maintain such high standards and excellence over the long term. But, IMHO, Culvers is still the best of the fast food restaurants.
