Went thru drive thru at 8pm on a Friday night. The line was long but the cashiers were very fast and surprisingly happy. The food was fresh and I was even thanked for visiting. Came here and ordered thru the app. The food was fresh however a quality control lookover didn’t happen. They served me undercooked nuggets in which I threw away.

Waited in the drive thur Almost 30 minutes for them to take my order. I called inside and was told they were short of staff. I understand people don’t want to work but pay more and maybe you will get and keep your staff. This was my favorite McDonald’s to go to now I’m never coming back!!!!! Several cars left due to the wait so just imagine how much money this company lost in 1 night due to hiring issues. Pay more and you’ll get people to work especially overnight shifts. This is a corporate problem and need to be taken care of immediately!!!!

The drive-thru had a long line so I decided to go inside. I thought it would be quicker but boy was I wrong! There were only three people ahead of me in line but it took over 10 minutes for me to finally place my order and then at least another 10 minutes to get my food! My hamburger and fries were fresh but the service was lackluster at best!

I would give zero stars if I could sit in line for a long time just to order and then another long time to get your food it’s just not worth it. The staff are very rude. There’ no communication you will have two people trying to speak to you at the same time at speaker I forget, trying to give them your rewards number.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever endured at a McDonald’s restaurant. The crew was entirely too large for me to wait 20 minutes for a Fish Fillet to order. I was very concerned when the young lady preparing the fries, burst out laughing with her mouth open over the fries (disgusting)! Once the young man working the drive thru realized my food wasn’t ready, he politely did a SWIRL turnaround and walked away not trying to assist at all. The would-be team lead or supervisor will need to attend classes on Management skills. He had the orders moving however, there is NO RESPECT from his team players. I’m so over establishments allowing this behavior in our neighborhood! I’ll be darn, if I have to drive to BUCKHEAD for customer service along with a Fish Fillet. Wake up people! This is our neighborhood! Totally Disappointed….

The manager was an absolute butt with no respect. Very rude and made it very uncomfortable. They didn’t give me my coffee so I drove back around to get it. When I asked them at the window if I can get my black coffee she said WOW! With a nasty attitude and look of disguise because she is an African American and insinuating I’m racist. I only said black coffee because I like black coffee with nothing in it.

This location specifically at night is HORRIBLE. Be prepared for a super long wait. Went on a Sunday night around 9:45 and waited 20 minutes in line before getting to the order box. This was bc I was stuck between two cars and couldn’t leave. I finally made it to the order box waited 5 minutes without anyone coming over the mic. I decided to leave. Pulled around to the first window no one was there. Pulled to the second window no one was there. However there was a group of employees standing around talking in a group near the counters.

There’s no way in the world I should be waiting 30 plus minutes in drive thru because no one is taking orders!! These restaurants do what they want to do and service customers when they feel like it! Next time this location will be reported to corporate.

So disappointed I was in drive thru and the lady immediately said come to the second window It took awhile like 30 minutes to place my order. The lady in front was being a pain but my transaction was no more than 30 seconds. Inorder a sausage m griddle, oatmeal no fruit and a large orange juice. I was so thrilled to get out of the line that I didn’t even check and I see why the lady was being a pain. My order was wrong I got some kind of chicken patty on my m griddle black people please do better it’s not hard to work in fast food. I’m ready for a revolution in fast food because this mistake could have been avoided and if robots were taking my order no mistakes would have been made. Do better!! Do better!! At 5:45am I’m tired and want to go home and not spend 30 minutes in drive thru only to receive the wrong order. of course I added pics
