This McDonald’s is nasty I got a McDouble $5 meal deal and when I got the food I always check my burgers so I lift up the bun its soft and mushy and when I check the patty it’s separating on one side and wasn’t crispy it looked like it was not cooked also they wrap in inside out and they gave me a busted sweet and sour sauce it’s all over the bag just nasty they need to do better.

I don’t know who the woman is behind the counter that handed over my fries but she’s handling business! I came in on my lunch break to grab some fries that I ordered in the app. I let her know that I’d set my pick up for drive thru but needed to come in for the sake of time. She shouted “She’s on her lunch break and y’all are moving too slow” handed me my piping hot ores and got me right out the door! Thank you ma’am!

I had a bad experience at this McDonald’s (4605 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA). I ordered a simple combo, and they got it wrong. My order was missing fries and sauce. The strawberry milkshake tasted bad. The restrooms smelled very bad and were not clean. The staff was rude and not helpful. Overall, the service and food were poor. I will not be coming back.

The staff that prepares dash orders need to be more thorough with how he gives out orders because they make the drivers loose half of their money from lackadaisical customer service, i literally watched the prepare staff make a order and give it to another stranger/ customer not doing doordash he didnt ask a name and the same customer came in and grabbed another order, which was strange never experienced that, then to add on to the disrespect he then asked the next door dasher their order name and gave them their order as if it was intentionally done to me personally, it was rude uncalled for and I felt like he was being biased towards me as a customer. I have let doordash company know about said issue.

Went thru drive thru at 8pm on a Friday night. The line was long but the cashiers were very fast and surprisingly happy. The food was fresh and I was even thanked for visiting. Came here and ordered thru the app. The food was fresh however a quality control lookover didn’t happen. They served me undercooked nuggets in which I threw away.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from the McDonald’s location at 4605 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA 30291. On Christmas Eve, I placed a mobile order, which included a Quarter Pounder Deluxe that was rare beyond pink. I also ordered a Filet meal, but due to concerns about food safety, I did not eat it. Due to the holiday festivities and other commitments, I was unable to return the food immediately. However, on December 26th, I visited the restaurant and spoke with a manager(dark slinder about 59 510 with dreadlocks), who was dismissive and unprofessional. He refused to assist me, stating that I should have brought the food back, and claimed that there was no corporate number or contact person I could speak with. I WAS TOLD THAT DEMETRIS WAS THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WHOM WAS OUT THE STORE GETTING FILETS FROM ANOTHER LOCATION AND THE OWNERS WERE BASED OUT OF FLORIDA I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and respect shown by the staff. As someone who works in the same industry and frequents this location, I expect a higher level of service. I will be forwarding this complaint to the Health Department and other relevant authorities. I hope that in the future, this establishment will take customer complaints seriously and take steps to improve their service.
