If I could give a ZERO, I would!!! Worst service EVER today!!! (Just today…the normal staff is always so pleasant even when they are short staffed). The MOD TODAY…OMG, she should be DEMOTED ASAP!!! It’s no wonder she had no staff! If how she spoke to me was an indication of how she speaks to her staff…I WOULDN’T SHOW UP EITHER!!! The maintenance man was bagging the food! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Staff not very nice and on tbe rude side…we ordered food to be delivered to our table and tbe employee never uttered a word towards us while there. We wanted ketchup packets and salt. Before we could ever say anything to this employee she walked off so therefore I had to walk over to the counter and ask for those items from that employee. My husband food which completely wrong as we asked for extra ketchup and onions on his 2 cheese burgers and that did not happen. Plus his Mcchickrn was ordered with no lettuce extra mayo. It had light lettuce on it. I don’ t understand how hard it read your customers requests when tbey order their food. People have allergies and other food issues and it gets very old when you get your food and it is wrong! Also the staff needs be coached on professionism and what excellent customer service is. The customer service is unacceptable at this location and probably will continue to be long after this review is made. Your customers despite whoever tbey are deserve to be treated with tbe upmost respect and have friendly service. If you don’t like your job just quit and go find another we don’t deserve your rude treatment.

Currently sitting in the drive thru waiting on a refund. When I pulled up I asked if they had the boo buckets she said yea. Finish my order pull around and they don’t have sprite sweet tea or the bucket. They keep coming back telling me this stuff one by one. The lady comes to the window and asks if I can come tomorrow and get the stuff they don’t have 3 drinks and the bucket. The gas ain’t worth it. Run

Yes, I have never tried the double fish for layer and it was OK. I enjoyed it. I cannot complain but it could’ve been a little bit better but I still accepted it so I just know I try to enjoy every meal and I also try to give my best opinion on things I’m not here toput no one down. We can have good reviews. We can have bad reviews but we need to know what we get our self into when we going to these restaurants to eat we need to be aware of all things so I was just letting you know I try to do the best that I can and this is my opinion. I’m not here to judge anyone, but I try to enjoy my double fish fillet.
