I normally never leave a review, but the whole experience ruined the nice lunch I planned to have with my little girls. I don’t know if the morning shift left and didn’t prep anything, or what happened.
I came at 1:00 PM because my daughter wanted pancakes and eggs for lunch. I thought it would be a nice treat. Normally, we go to Spencer’s, but I thought I would save money and go to Denny’s, and honestly, I should have gone to Spencer’s.
I was sat down instantly, and there was only one other customer in the building. However, after I was seated, it took 20 minutes for someone to come and get our drinks. My coffee was brought out instantly, but my girls didn’t get their chocolate milk and smoothie for 20 minutes. I actually only got it when I did because I went up and asked for it.
By that time, my food was brought to me, but my girls were still left without food. My daughters had ordered the Rudolph pancakes, but the kitchen made them incorrectly. The server asked the kitchen to remake them, making it even longer for my children to eat. I had my food for 20 minutes while my children had nothing
of course, I gave them mine.
I can understand if you’re behind, but there was nobody else in the restaurant, so there is really no excuse. If anything, you should bring my children’s food out first and mine last; do not bring me my food while my children are waiting for theirs. My daughter even said, ‘Mommy, can you please get my Rudolph pancakes?’ because she was so frustrated.
Crucially, the manager came in during my meal and saw me repeatedly getting up to ask for things. My face was clearly unhappy because of the poor service, yet he didn’t even check on me.
From there, I had to continuously get up and ask for straws, a fork, a knife, and napkins. I was there for 1 hour and 30 minutes when I was hoping for my visit to only be 40 minutes. My eggs, which I asked for medium-rare, were given over hard.
When I asked for a box, the server put it on the dirty yolk plate I wasn’t given a bag. She never even cleared the plates that I was stacking when done . At the end of the day, my order was still $30. My children, who were excited for pancakes, were antsy because the food and drinks took so long.
Honestly, I will not be going back. I was basically serving myself because I had to ask for every single item. What was supposed to be a nice lunch was a completely unenjoyable experience.

Management will be the downfall of this location, didnt even open till close to 530, food order that i placed wasnt even started when i got there, as the cook was unaware, but had someone elses order already cooking. The server acted more like a manager then even the manager there who didnt even interact, instead was on his phone doing other things. When i was waiting since 5 when the sign said they would open, management should have them coming in 30 minutes before opening to set up, not right when they are suppose to open, now i got to wait for them to turn phones on to even request a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, if you want food in the morning before work because they will probably not have it ready for you. Until management here actually does what is required of them and to schedule properly and help set up if they plan to open at a certain time, dont waste your money, as my bet is this location will probably be closed within the year seeing how management runs it now.

I placed an online order and half of my food was missing. I called and let the restaurant know, they took my name and phone number and said they would give me a call back. They never called back and when I tried to follow up they would not answer the phone. I drove to the restaurant to ask the manager to correct the order and he told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I was just trying to have a nice breakfast with my wife at work and the service and attitude ruined our whole experience.

I went there and got an All-American Grand slam with extra bacon. The floor was only being stopped by one person at the time but she kept up just fine. There wasn’t that much of a weight between me sitting down, deciding on what to order and then ordering. The customer service and customer care was excellent. Oh and just in case you’re wondering the food was amazing. Not sure what it is about Denny’s but I got two entire plates of food, for a little under 30 bucks. Overall Denny’s is definitely a place that you can get bang for your buck deals, depending on what you order.
Oh and don’t mind the pancake in the hole in it. Just my friend being a menace to society.

I would like to thanks the person who served us. We were a big group of 11 and the stuff was waiting to leave and took so long for everything. Because they didn’t care they just wanted to leave home and I understand. But they didn’t have to treat us like that. The coffee ☕️ was cold and our order took forever. But the gentlemen who took over did a excellent job. We didn’t want nothing for free lest making the clear. But I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the previous stuff. It took us our time and lost time for our adventures

I have been here many times but today the server ‘. ‘ was really slow, her body language was rude, full of attitude, I called her 3-4 times to ask for spoon & fork she ignored. She was showing so much anger as if she never get her salary. I asked her for well cooked chicken and my chicken was not even cooked. She was eating and drinking while serving (dirty hands) and on check out station. Every table had 3-4 houseflies, I killed 2 as they were sitting on my food.

I like Denny’s but today wasn’t the best lunch so y’all only get 5 tarts from me. The food was really good, it was my First time ordering this delight and my brother got him self a gran slam. It was so much food he couldn’t finish it so he took some to go. I finish my plate with no trouble. We sure will come back, I love the service and the staff was really friendly.
