Lord, Ive never seen a McDonald’s in worse position and it’s due to the employees that work here! It’s sicking! You have 3 employees sitting outside , The counter guy can’t wait to go back outside ! Burger BURNT ! Bacon BURNT ! Grease old, Fries have a funny aftertaste. I will be calling the health department Monday morning!

Horrible. Worst McDonald’s by far. Employees are unresponsive and clearly doped up on drugs. The place is a health and safety hazard with the drive thru windows being left open and unattended constantly. Bugs flying in and out of the restaurant and landing on food and drink service areas. Had to wait 20 min at the speaker before finally just pulling around to the window. When I got there, the manager lady said “we’ll be right with you” only for me to have to wait 10 more min before another employee came and said I had to wait on another guy who was in the bathroom. Why couldn’t either of these people take my order? Finally when the last guy came to take my order, he was clearly on drugs and could barely speak. His eyes were bloodshot red and low and could barely form a sentence. This place is a joke, and is unacceptable. No way corporate has done a check on this franchise location. If so, they would fire everyone inside for lack of service and failure to pass a drug test.

I wish I could give negative stars! This place has bugs and flies landing all over the food and drinks. Needs to be closed down immediately. Manager leaves window open and unattended for over 30 minutes and refused to give me a refund.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and got a pattie on a bun. Took it back and told them what was wrong, they looked at it, apologized, took it back and had me wait for a new one. They brought it out after a while and I was ina hurry, went to my car and it was the exact same thing

Run and keep driving! Wish there was a ZERO star rating. The franchise owner needs to send everyone back to basic training. Horrible experience from A-Z. Even though a re-modeled McDonalds, the bathrooms were dirty and took 25+ minutes waiting for our order. Once we finally got the food with 3 burgers, it only had 2 in the bag and then had to wait another 5 minutes to get it. Then, when we got to the car, the burger had cheese when we specifically ordered no cheese. Nothing except the fries tasted like the McDonald’s quality we are used to. If you decide to risk your stomach, definitely use drive through as they were clearly ignoring the inside orders to serve drive through.

Wow, I came here to share my bad experience about this place but just look at these other reviews.. clearly this location does not care at all so what we say doesn’t seem to matter. They just expect to collect the money from this over priced garbage. Old bread, so chewy and stale on my Big Mac. Old pickles that were slimy and really chewie.. topped off with cold over-cooked patties.. I mean what the hell. I know it’s “just McDonald’s” but if you can’t beat that standard then just give up. The only person really giving a damn was the store manager but she seemed to have a problem with keeping the crew on task. While the backed up dining room was waiting an inordinate amount of time for their food we were serenaded with the lecturing of the kitchen crews lack of effort and the drive thrus incompetence. Awkward and tacky but still if I didn’t wait 30 mins after ordering, I would have let some of it pass. Bathrooms were clean and theres truck parking all around… but there’s a few other food options close by.. even if you think you want something quick.. it will probably be quicker at a sit down place..

Customer service is horrible. I did a mobile pickup order and nothing was right. Sandwiche was half cooked, fries cold, didn’t get my drink. And to top it off I ordered 2 strawberry pies and was given 2 apple (strawberry cost more) I was told to get a refund thru the app. The manager acted like me asking for a extra pie for my inconvenience was a crime. I only left with 2, I knew something wasn’t right when people in line walked out before ordering. NEVER WILL I VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!!!

We waited on an associate to take our order for 10 minutes and finally ordered from the kiosk. Grimace shakes were not listed, so I waited in the front to ask and was told their machine was down. The manager on duty yelled at another customer who was given an incorrect order in the drive-thru. The restaurant was fealthy, trash was overflowing, and bathrooms were not stocked and were dirty. Overall, it was a horrible dining experience.
