So.. We can’t eat inside and have to go through the drive-through to order because they “don’t have enough people”? You literally order your own food and pay at the kiosk. Sounds like they just don’t want to clean the dining room. Manager was rude as I walked inside. All for her to walk outside and start smoking right outside the door? All while the drive through line is backed up. But they don’t have enough people… This location is a joke.

I ordered 2 medium fries these are what I got I didn’t even bother driving back just throw them outside for a squirrel because on top of the boxes being half empty they were dried out and burned. This location has signs posted saying they have new management well it didn’t help you all still can’t get it together.

If you’re going on I-85, just skip this exit. Gave me fries instead of the nuggets I ordered. Burger bun was literally hard. I don’t get how you can put it in a bag without thinking this burger wasn’t right. No receipt with my purchase.

This location deserves 0 stars! The night shift manager, Michael, is very rude and has no customer service skills. With a long line wrapped around the building and mobile orders that have already been processed AND PAID FOR (via the app) he refused to provide service. In fact, he shut every light in the parking lot off and proceeded to shut the restaurant down 30 minutes before they stated they were due to close. Having to wait to speak to another manager just to get a refund for food that i never received is infuriating. Since the manager persisted that I “call the GM, Corporate, or whoever I want to call,” I’ll definitely be reaching out to them. Don’t waste your time at this location!!

Stopped in for a quick pickup and to use the bathroom. Floor of womens bathroom was wet almost flooded. This was all water from the sink. Told 2 employees who informede that they thought it was per. I advised that we knew the difference. At no time did they say or do anything about the situation. This is not the Mick D that I know especially ones off the highway. Extremely disappointed.

Friendly service and good food. Didn’t get the sauces I chose through the self-service kiosk but upon asking I was given them – this seems to be a system issue as it happens in Europe too, so not blaming the staff whatsoever!

Bad customer service. Despite eye contact with several people. I was walked past and/ or away for over 10 mins. Then I was only spoken to because someone pointed out that now a crowd waiting. I had a mobile order that was placed and paid for before 2-3 mins before coming inside. After the long wait to acknowledge, it still wasn’t ready. I got order about 19 minutes after ordering. The lady at tge first window is AWFUL but the window to pickup your order twice as AWFUL. I returned my food when she threw it at me after asking for syrup she stated ” WE DON’T HAVE ANY WHAT DO YOU WANT STRAWBERRY OR GRAPE JELLY ” ( FOR HOTCAKES. those ppl at this location is special…… All of them act the same

Love McDonald’s you go to I guess the owners are really involved in the restaurant and the food is as far as fast food goes pretty good this McDonald’s doesn’t seem to really give too much of a care Foods usually cold not done right no cell phone fries milkshake machine never works owner must take a little more interest in his own business and he might get better results
