I went to this location for breakfast and after about 5 minutes a worker asked if I needed anything and I told her I already ordered on the kiosk and she hands me my food on its side in the bag ( big breakfast) and when I got home there was cheese on the eggs I did not ask for. And the biscuit was so hard I couldn’t eat it. This was the worst experience I have had with McDonald’s and will not return to this location again.

Good service, ordered on app before getting to the location. Glad I did, since once I got there it was still 10 mins to get my food in the drive thru line. Though I will say that the fries were amazingly delicious hot, fresh, salty to the right amount, when I did get them. Don’t remember if you will recall the commercial years back from them. Where the guy stops to get food and has to put bags in the trunk, or he is going to eat it all! Well that is exactly what the issues was once I had that first frie so so good. The only thing wrong is I drive an SUV so no trunk option. Plus didn’t have to wait for someone else to eat. Glad that this location has revisited the way to making them correctly again. Thank you.

I ordered on the app and several cars went ahead of me in the drive thru…it doesn’t run seamlessly like the double lanes at a competitor but that’s another story. At the first window, the employee asked if I was someone else, I stated no and told her my order number. The employee stated “oh, several people got ahead of you”. While she’s giving me my receipt, I’m watching the employee at the next window hand the car ahead of me my bag and drink …..the person in the car eventually handed both back to the employee. When I pulled up, I told the employee that I didn’t want food that had been passed to someone else. The employee said we didn’t give anyone any food that they gave back. I told her that I watched the entire exchange and would like a new order. She closed the window in my face while I was still talking, walked away and began talking to another employee. About 2 minutes later, she came back and handed me the EXACT same bag and drink that she sat down when I refused. I took the items and went inside and explained what happened and a manager remade my order. I thought this was health code 101….that person who was originally given my food could have sneezed, coughed, all kinds of things while handling my food. I don’t understand all the negative energy the employee had. I’m giving 2 stars only because of the manager.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever!!!! Do NOT come here!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They food is cold and they make you wait long minutes to fix the order and not only do they fix the order they make it worst!!! Everything was cold. The burger was cold, the fries was soggy and cold. The cheese was not melted at all. My coke was not even carbonated. Then after asking for another drink (fruit punch) he handed me an orange juice that was also watered down! Then after waiting over 30 minutes a female employee asked me what’s the problem without bringing me my new batch of food. She claims she put more nuggets in the bag with the cold nuggets and the cold fries. Also stated nothing she can do once I received the new cold batch of food. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. My first day of class this horrible experience made me 45 minutes late for a $5 meal deal. If any manager is reading this. “MR. R” needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR LETTING A FEMALE WORKER COME OUT TO BE DISRESPECTFUL. HIRE NEW STAFF ON EVENING SHIFT!!! THEY ARE THE WORST FACES TO REPRESENT THIS FRANCHISE! I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS MATTER TO CORPORATE!!!!

So I arrive at McDonald’s at 310am. They are clearly open because there was a car at the window. I pull up to the speaker to order. She said “we are currently prepping for breakfast come back at 430.” I repeated what she said back to her just to confirm.
I actually didn’t want breakfast but she never even offered an alternative. This location is quickly becoming my worst location.

The customer service is the worst. I pull in order and pay. Thier was no other cars in line. We go the next window they hand us the drink. We sit for about 2minutes and she comes to window to inform me it would be a 4min wait on hash browns. I ask for a refund,,they proceed to make me wait an additional 2 minutes and come back to the window and say she said it will be 2 minutes. No I asked for a refund. The manager comes to window where’s my refund. She stated I was being aggressive and slammed the window. The sad part this the only McDonalds near me unless I want to go to Union City.

I can’t even order food without it just sounding like someone is not speaking into a microphone clearly, then it clarify to hear back up conversations that make even getting to the window a stupid decision. I’ve never ordered food before and left before paying for it because I felt like someone was gunna mess with it

Nobody working the counter. Kiosk takes 10x as long than simply telling someone my order. Kiosk doesn’t take credit cards, so still have to go to the counter. Should have gone somewhere else.

I’ve waited 25 mins for a quick 5 dollar meal and everything was cold. The burger was cold the cheese didn’t melt and the fries had to be sitting out. My coke was watered down. I asked for a fruit punch and recieved a orange because they ran out. Then after waiting an employee walked out to confront me about my food without eve bring me my food. So disrespectful.. never again

Walked up to the door at 5:50am and the dining room is closed. So I saw the hours and the inside opens at 6:00am, according to the posted signs. I waited. At 6:10am, I knocked on the door and knocked again, as I could see someone in the reflection. I knocked louder and finally she looked at me and I signaled the door was locked and the hours. She motioned as like go through the drive thru. (I’m not in a vehicle). I continued waiting. After 5 minutes I saw another sneakily peek around the corner at me and I knocked again. Nothing. I knocked loudly again and the lady again held up her hand as to say hold on. At this point, a lady came from the back cooking area, wearing a black shirt, I assumed the Manager. She looked directly at me and I thought she was coming to open the doors since it was now well after 6am, again according to the POSTED HOURS. She did not come unlock the door. I thought maybe since I had apparently disturbed them, the door I was standing at would be the last door to be unlocked. As I watched her exit, it was clear she wasn’t opening the doors, as she went outside and propped the door open with a yellow wet floor sign. So I walked around to that side of the building and saw the lady sitting in her car with the door open, I guessed having a smoke break. She saw me and IMMEDIATELY began YELLING at me “Uh uh, DON’T GO IN THAT STORE, YOU BETTER NOT, UH UH, IT’S NOT OPEN”, all while walking towards me. I told her I’m not going in there and kept trying to ask if she was the manager to which she said yes. All at the same time telling me it’s not open. Attempting to remind her what the posted dining room hours indicated, I asked what time does the store open. She replied the INSIDE opens at 7:00am, while walking past me and closing the door.
I tried calling the phone number associated with the store to which it is not in service, which isn’t a surprise. It’s truly disappointing that these franchise businesses lack accurate contact information, phone numbers specifically, so customers may contact them directly rather than going to Corporate to communicate. In this instance, better communication was all that was needed. Post the correct inside hours.
Give 2 stars, only because the drive thru was open and at least those hours were apparently correct.
