Had to sit for a while with no one else in line for a bit, but was otherwise treated very politely and everything I ordered was just as I expected it to be. If you want McDonald’s, you’ll usually get satisfying cheap American fast food, as you expect it to be. For McDonald’s, I’m glad this is my closest one. It can be a little slow sometimes, but my food is pretty consistent.

If you asked me a year ago I would provide a different review. However, recently it seems that things have improved. I consider it a good location in regard to food and service. Maybe it all depends on time of day but when I recently dined there I was surprised and pleased. Keep it mind, I did mobile dine in order.

This McDonald’s is always somehow incompetent. Line is normally always long in the drivethru. This time I was asked to move up to wait on my order longer and ended up receiving the wrong order which is annoying since I go through the drive through for convenience considering I work a 9-5 job and need something quick for me and my colleagues. It’s just something about this specific location that just can’t ever get it together.

Used the app to pickup big mac, cheeseburger, fries and it took 20minutes upon arrival at pickup parking spot. They were processed drive thru orders but not pickup orders. Finally called store and they brought out order food was cold fries lukewarm. Filed a case with McApp and was pushed to store manager.. nadda. Follow up on case with corporate..? Nadda the moral to the story is don’t use mcApp and don’t expect any resolution or customer service. Big F to the Big Mc.

This location is so bad it makes soup kitchens look like 5 star restaurants. I seriously think it’s the managers fault here as they seem to have a crazy high turnover with meals consistently being screwed up. For example today I ordered a quarter pounder and got a hockey puck. Crazy part is the location on 92 is so convenient with a good spot in woodstock it just isn’t worth it for the garbo food they put out there. I just wish they would do a change in management.

Everytime I go here and the Indian lady “which I’m pretty sure she owns this franchise” works the drive thru she upcharges for drinks that come free with the meal. Even if you state you want what comes with the meal. And that’s what you get is what comes with the meal… I understand it’s only 19 cent but it’s the principal!!! if she is doing this to every customer she is making hundreds of dollars aday off the customer for items they are not getting. It’s pretty sad you can’t go get food and not be scammed!

Just Wow! Dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Not one customer in the lobby, all the workers(mostly girls) huddled together just talking, and the place is just nasty! Not ONE table clean! No napkins in the dispensers, cup lids everywhere. A ladder in the middle of the lobby for no apparent reason. How is this place even open is beyond me.
