McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Drive through is out of control. Supposed to be single lane that merges into two. So you can not get through parking lot or out of spots. Line takes forever and a day. Fries were cold burgers were extremely salty but the fries weren’t. Guess eat then together ♂️was shorted a double cheeseburger. This is consistent at this location.

2 different visits we were served raw egg. I complained and told them I’d try them one more time. I went back the following week (a full 7 days after they called me back which was a week after my initial complaint, so plenty of time for them to calibrate the cooking surfaces and retrain if needed) and was again served raw eggs! I called and complained again but told them not to bother to give us a credit because I wouldn’t be back and they didn’t even call me back to apologize or anything. I’m just glad we checked the food before eating it.

Had to wait for my food. No big issues bc I don’t mi d waiting for something fresh. Didn’t get the complete five stars only because once my food was ready my Quarter Pounder cheese and pickles ended up mainly on the side of the box. Other than that drive-thru experience was pleasant.

The manager on duty is absolutely rude. She yelled at other customers because they added too much stuff to their coffee, yelled at us because “the lobby is closed” but doesn’t close until 11, and there’s other customers inside.

Most McDonald’s get graded on speed and accuracy. This McDonald’s gets graded on how much they can mess an order up and how long they can take to get it to you. Not sure to say this rating is a dine-in order or a takeout order as I usually order in the drive thru but wind up having to go in to get it straight.

I usually get great service here. But when I got my Uber Eats order. The buns on the double quarter pounder with cheese and crispy ranch sandwich were burnt black the chicken in the McCrispy was so tough and stringy you couldn’t eat it at all. Of course I tried to call and make them aware of it but true to form no one answered the phone.

Yesterday my daughter and I went to the drive thru yesterday for dinner before practice. Our card was scammed for $400 after eating there. That was the only place my debit card was used yesterday. I am very disappointed I cannot even get in contact with management.

Unfortunately curbside means order on app and come inside. It took almost ten minutes to get someone to speak with me. As always their ice cream was not working. I ordered Big Macs with extra Mac sauce. As you can see from the photo that there isn’t extra sauce, but most importantly look at the size of the patty. That’s Happy Meal meat.

In the past they’ve never gotten anything correct, give attitude and when they do get the order correct the quality is terrible, of you can’t get it right then stop selling half quality, burritos are not worth double the price being halfway portioned.. get your act together
