I normally don’t write reviews, especially with me being a server. I give a lot of grace when I go to restaurants, but this is one of the worst services I’ve received at any Kpot location. I’ve been going to Kpot since the Catonsville location was still bring your own bottle this is my second time at the towson location and this will be my last our server kyna was terrible. When we first sit down, a gentleman comes up to us and informs us that there are no tablets and no menus. The tablets are how customers order what they want without speaking to a server. He then informed us that he is not our server, but he is going to start us out in the server will come to us in a Second, so we give him our order He brings over our drinks, some water and our food gets delivered, but we realize that they didn’t include the rice that we ordered so we start looking for our server who at This point Has not come over once to introduce herself and it is about 30 minutes so we look for the same guy who helped us and he was able to get us some rice that’s when kyna comes to the table for the first time at this point it’s about almost 40 minutes and this is our first time seeing her and when she walks up to the table, she doesn’t introduce herself. She just asks if there’s anything else we need so I then asked her if she was our server and she said yes and we inform her that we were waiting on more rice. Keep in mind, we had also told the gentleman that we needed some rice. The gentleman goes in the back and grabs the rice himself and brings it to us while our server kyna puts the order in and goes back to cleaning tables, so the rice that we had already been waiting on if we didn’t ask the gentleman and just waited on kyna to get us the rice we would’ve waited an extra 10 minutes because instead of her going back to get the rice, she went back to cleaning her tables. She was extremely negligent, and this felt Racially motivated as a server I know the conversations that r sometimes had when Black people walk into an establishment, so to say that you were busy when we walked in and saw you cleaning Tables, you just didn’t wanna serve us and even if you did, the service you gave was extremely poor I’ve never been to k pot where they didn’t have menus or tablets so the servers have to be attentive to the table to know when they wanna order more, and then as we’re eating, the dirty plates are piling up and they’re not being cleaned and it’s even hard to find someone to clean it because our server we have only seen twice and we have been there for more than an hour at this point we ate around dirty dishes and cups our whole dinner … so again we found the same gentleman who helped us earlier and he found somebody to switch the grill for us, even though he wasn’t our server he did the very best he could, and we saw him more times then our actual server kyna. So we appreciate the young man for trying, but kyna was our server and only came up to the table twice, and once to take the check. We only got her name from the name tag because she never introduced herself. while the gentleman who wasn’t even our server was at the table more times than her and Actually served us while she did nothing but clean tables. Unfortunate because the food was good and the drinks were good. But I won’t be coming back if this is how towson conducts their service

We had an incredible dinner at KPOT tonight! The hot pot and Korean BBQ combo is such a great value and so much fun. The food was fresh and delicious, with a huge variety to choose from.
A huge shoutout to our server, Sam! He was so attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and will ask to be seated in his section!

This is like the only restaurant my friends and I go to. We go the same location in Towson. Duy, our server today, was amazing as always. Miso soup and grilled rib 100/10

Went here with a few buddies and had an amazing time! We got there at 8PM and got a table really quickly even though they were steadily busy at the time. We all agreed to do the Korean BBQ. All the food is easy to cook and amazingly seasoned too! Definitely recommend going here with family or friends, it’s a given that you’re going to have an amazing time! The staff is amazing as well and is always on top of your needs.

It was great!! The food was good and the staff was very nice and friendly. I would 100% recommend this place and I would come back. Our server Mint was super friendly, patient and really nice.

I had an amazing experience at the Korean barbecue, thanks to our waitress Aesha. She was so attentive, friendly, and patient the entire time. She checked on us consistently without ever feeling intrusive, made great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Love this place, just would I could carry out my left over hot pot and I just couldn’t eat it all. The catonsville location has larger portions and you can take out your leftovers for a small fee. Photo is the size of portions from catonsville. The spice bar is sensational.
