Ive been to pretty much every McDonald’s there is here and in surrounding counties due to work. And this one is the best hands down! Food always looks great! Customer service is always wonderful! There is a specific employee here that I’ve gotten to know from going in so much! I can see she gives her all everyday! Shes wonderful with the customers! Wonderful service, always has a smile on her face. You dont find that anymore! So i just want to give a shoutout to Jackie!!! They need to give you a raise! You make this place awesome! Thank you for the wonderful service!

If I could give no stars at all I would. Not only did I have to wait after ordering ahead but when I got my food it was not fresh AT ALL! Fries stale and bland. The young man that brought my order out finally seemed to have been bothered by my asking for more ketchup after HE dropped the ones he was trying to hand me as if he expected me to open the car door and pick them up off the ground…… Oh and let’s talk about how the chicken sandwiches were thrown together. and seemed to have been sitting there since before Christ then to add insult to injury the had the audacity to put a chicken tender on a bun and call it a Mc Chicken. I am highly disappointed and upset about wasting my money on this food that I refuse to even eat. Please do better smh

Went through drive thru for my lunch break today, lady at the first window taking payments was absolutely rude and disrespectful! As soon as I pulled up no hello or anything just YELLED at me what my order was (very rudely) and I had my wallet in my hand opened ready to pull my debit card out and pulled it out and handed it to her (keep in mind I did this very quickly) she made a sigh and started talking about me when the window shut and when she opened the window was saying I would have it ready as soon as I pulled up, (apparently the half a second it took me to pull my card out was a big deal) I understand if I would have been searching through my wallet holding the line up, this was not the case. I know they get a busy lunch rush, but that was uncalled for and rude. Who are u to tell me I can’t have my wallet open ready to pull my card out? I don’t pull it all the way out anymore bc I have accidentally dropped it in between my seats before. So I have my wallet open and ready now. For an employee to purposely be that disrespectful and purposely open the window and say that so I would hear is unacceptable!

The food is good but the staff needs more training and their equipment needs maintaining. Often times I am ignored when needing customer service. One Manager was completely rude when I did not receive a cup demanding my receipt instead of gently asking for it. I showed it and then demanded my money back telling her she was unprofessional.

I noticed a very strong smell of hot dog water from one of the employees. Her name was Julie/Julia I believe. I made sure to watch her, I really didn’t feel okay with her touching my food. That being said the food still got out late and cold. When you have leadership like that it’s not really a surprise though.

They do this funny thing on doordash where it’ll be operating hours but they turn off orders so you have to wait until tomorrow to order. I called the store on Friday Dec 14th 2025 at 7:30 pm and the kid who answered the phone didn’t give me a name and said they were accepting doordash but they weren’t. Contacted doordash and they were as confused as me. Crazy. When I tried to explain the situation the manager on duty at the time Julia (at least that’s what she said her name was) laughed over the phone and told me to restart my phone as if she works for T-Mobile and not McDonald’s or even doordash. Then when I asked to speak with her after restarting my phone she chose to let a junior employee answer the phone and lie on her behalf and say she was busy when I could very clearly hear her.

Went through drive through orderd my meal, asked for large frys no salt, got a sprite insted. Got to the wondow asked them why did they charge me a sprite? The drink was basically thrown at me, then the cuacasion kid with a design on the back of hos head damn near threw thr drink at me and said “you need to take it, you already paid for it.” Very unprofessional. And proceeds to slam window on my face….. Not Going back.

I ordered my food online through the McDonald’s app and selected counter pickup. When I arrived, the lobby doors were locked, so I had to go through the drive‑through instead.
At the first window, staff acted like my order never came through. I showed them the order on my phone, confirming it was for the correct location, but the employee didn’t even know the store’s address. A manager came to speak with me, but she also insisted it was a counter pickup—as if I had another option, since the lobby was locked.
At the second window, another employee asked if I had a mobile order but started reading off the wrong name. I had to repeat my actual order before they finally gave me my food.
Suggestion: Please update your lobby hours on the app so customers don’t select counter pickup only to arrive and find the doors locked.

At 6PM in the evening going thru the drive-thru, I guess I expected better response time. Ordered 2 Big Mac meals, had to pull forward and wait for them to get the order ready. Just disappointed
