This place has very bad service. They put almost a half cup of tartar sauce on my fish sandwich. And I truly believe they did it on purpose because they tried to charge me twice the price of my combo meal, and when I brought it to their attention, they got an attitude with me as if I said something wrong. Well, they saved the night after all other restaurants were closed late at night. Burgers flavor was good, but the double pattie was very small.
Fries looks like the leftovers.
Very few and cutted half.
Again, thanks for being open late, but service, food quality, and availability of menu could improve.

This McDonald’s has been pretty good to us, but today was sincerely a bad one. We were in a rush to get home, and stopped in through the drive through.
The drive through was empty, but it took about 10 minutes for them to come onto the speaker. Once on, they were seemingly speaking to someone else, cursing and upset. They then went off the mic again.
We waited another 5 minutes for the operator to come back on. Their voice was quiet and they were not paying attention to the order. They cut us off before we were done and asked us to pull forward.
When we got to the window the operator was on the phone with someone and openly cursing when the window was closed. We got in the rest of our order. When we got the order, the order was wrong. Not sure what’s going on here, but it’d be nice if the drive thru operator was not on the phone please.

Spanish mexican manager is very rude !!!. She is yelling at me about my order. I said I order from the kiosk and she keep yelling what’s my order. She said she is busy with the order and don’t want to get bothered and help. She need to be fired immediately. Who ever owner of this establishment she need to be fired!!!! Just went in. They found a piece of cable in my fries. They said someone just came to change some cable. Like did you not make a new batch?? I trashed my 2 kids’ food and left after I told them. I spoke to a Mrs. Khadeja, and she also got my contact info. I am currently on hold with McDonald’s Customer Service. How can this happen. I don’t even know if my kids ate that shit. Theyre too young and just eat everything. I didn’t even notice it till I had dipped it in my Ketchup/Mayo.

This restaurant was newly renovated and it look great. The building at least. I came here THREE times, on 11/29 they took so long to get my order, if you’re gonna change your restaurant style at least hire people who follow directions. Yesterday 11/30 and today 12/01 it was HORRIBLE service. The 1st time they didn’t even know which order was mine and I had to wait until they figured it out. Which defeats the purpose of me ordering ahead. And today I do admit I had a big order but there’s no reason coffee grounds should be in my cup. They didn’t add creamer nor sugar when I clearly put 4 creamer 10 sugar. My food was very soggy like it had been left there all morning. Do better. Rafael at the drive through was the only good employee who gave me good service and that’s that all he did was pull me to the front. Says a lot.

First time visiting this location and it was an okay experience. We were greeted when we were ready to order. Was told “we are waiting on fries, but when we did get our food, the fries were lukewarm at best. I would say the best feature about this location is the huge kid’s area. Overall a nice location to visit.
