Well it happened again today. The last seven or eight times we’ve gone through the drive-thru, they say there’s sweet and sour sauce in the bag when we ask. We never get the sauce even when we specifically ask them, they lie and say it’s in the bag. I don’t know anyone who likes their chicken nuggets without sauce. I guess we’ll stop eating there until management can figure out who the liars are.

This is the location in Cullman Alabama. We went through the drive-thru. But then we had to wait for our food along with four other vehicles. My wife went in to use the restroom while we waited. Store was disgusting. It was dirty, booths that you sit to eat the sink cushions were all ripped and worn out. The bathrooms were awful. If she had known that before we got our order we would have not eaten there. When we left and started down the highway we were eating our sandwiches which were Big Macs and found that they hardly had any Big Mac sauce on them and they were dry. Would not go back to this location.

Stopped by at 6:30 am on a Saturday. Most of the tables (although cleared off) were dirty and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The floors needed to be mopped, but it wasn’t as bad as other McDonalds. The coffee was cold, biscuits were hard around the edges and you can taste that the oiled needed to be filtered. Nearly $30 for a # 8 meal with small frappe, 4 hash browns and 3 plain biscuits. Not worth it!

08/30 06:42 AM- I cannot come here ever again. Atmosphere has become automated. No smiles or good mornings being exchanged. Workers are like drones working on their worlds behind the counter and it has no interaction with the customers. As I am sitting there with my wife eating breakfast I look around and start to notice “old filth”. I see some areas where black mold is forming. (pictures attached). No one seems to notice as they stay in their bubble behind the counter. It is so sad to see the dine in experience has been lost. I have a lot more to say but I think I’ve said enough. Is this what the world considers acceptable? Do we call this “advancement”?

Please note I just can’t 5 star a fast food establishment. So let’s note that I’m grading on an inverted bell curve. All grades are significantly lower automatically due to the class of food. However, if you like fast food, if you like eating from a paper bag or feeding your kiddos from a square box with a cute toy, then you’ll surely be singing “ba da ba ba ba, I’m lovin it” at this Golden Arches location. Their food is hot and fresh and the little fella working the window told me “to have a blessed night” what a sweet sentiment. I picked up food for others including a 4pc nugget happy meal with sliced apples , fries, and chocolate milk. A quarter pounder with cheese minus slivered onions, add Big MAC sauce, then ordered another just like it for $1 using a current promotion. I saw that they offer iced caramel macchiato and decided to try one for myself , only to learn the machine was in cleaning mode and I’d have to settle for the caramel frappe. Fine with me. This lets me know that the machine has a cleaning mode, and that the employees use it. That’s good news, in my opinion. The Frappe wasn’t bad at all. In fact, it was even a little good. The place was clean and well lit. The staff was nice. There’s ton of parking and two drive thru windows that merge into one lane for exiting. During normal business hours you would pay at the first window and receive food at the second. It was after hours so I payed and got my food at the same window. Everyone that received food said they enjoyed it. Upon returning home and sharing my experience with my spouse, I learned that he had eaten McDonald’s food a couple times back in the day, when he worked a job on the road, and it had given him. Nightmares each time he’d eaten it. Glad I didn’t come strolling through the door with a Happy Meal for him! I just might have to go back someday just to try that macchiato. It’s one of my favorites at local coffee shops , I need to know the comparison. I have this place as many stars as my heart would allow on this cold winters day.

Ordered off the app, food was missing from the order, and one a the few things that showed up was missing the bacon that I had to pay extra for. I was told I had to call the main customer service number since it was an app order. That was an all together unpleasant experience itself. Was awarded a partial refund for the missing items, that didn’t even cover the cost of the items, and nothing was done for my incorrect burger. Every time we place an order with the app, we have nothing, but problems, and the store will just say it isn’t their problem even though it is entirely their fault

Constant issues with orders being incorrect, missing sauce, etc, sometimes multiple times for the same order. High wait times in drive thru. I would recommend going to any other location if you really want McDonald’s.

Went through the drive-through early in the morning last week and got a double biscuit and gravy. I didn’t look at it until I got home But both of the biscuits had about a teaspoon of gravy on the inside , and then probably a teaspoon of gravy on top so I pretty much just had biscuits i took a bite just couldn’t eat them what little gravy I had Was thick really pasty and nasty

Update: This will be my last time using this restaurant I stood in line for three minutes with no other customers and none of the employees bothered to notice me and say I’ll be right there or even acknowledge me! This is not the first time this has happened but it will be last for me!
I don’t know where to begin with this restaurant. There is a tall woman that usually works behind the cash register that is so loud and rude towards customers she literally yells at customers and then she tries to rush you into placing an order telling you what you should order this is embarrassing for both the customers and the other employees. As for the restaurant the floors are always very sticky with soda spills and the tables in the dining room most always have trash on them left by previous customers something should be done to correct these problems in my opinion but I’m very doubtful they will be anything to do so!
