If it was actually possible to leave a rating of less than zero stars, this would qualify as one of those times. Over the course of many years, I’ve dined at golden arches in a dozen states and other countries and this location was by far the worst one I’ve ever seen which makes me happy for two reasons. First, it’s far enough away I won’t have to bother returning to it and secondly that Ray Kroc isn’t alive to see how badly this location is. Calling it horrible doesn’t do it justice. This is the result of poor work ethics and managers allowing it to happen. Plain and simple laziness. When I witness customers bringing in cleaning supplies from their vehicle to clean off a table and then decline to take their child to the restroom due to what the man claimed was not fit for a dog to urinate in. I took my order and left. Should have been a warning to me as my order was wrong and Cold to boot.

Just go to taco bell or somewhere else.. Placed order inside. I guess it was close to closing time because after we waited 15 to 20 minutes for our food we were told we could not eat inside. Food was cold. Lady kept touching her hair and putting fingers in her mouth handling food right after.

We drove through the drive through and girl asked us what we would like. My husband started to give the order and she suddenly said hold on…. We heard her start taking the order of the car in the other lane. That car left and we sat there. The speaker made a clicking noise and my husband said “hello?” He was immediately very rudely reprimanded by this person. We gave her our order and she made the comment to my husband that she hoped he had a better day…..like we were at fault for something. She needs a attitude adjustment! Management there should be made aware of how she is treating customers.

Out of ketchup and wouldn’t give a squirt inside the box of happy meal chicken nuggets. The other happy meal had a hair in the cheeseburger. Employee also touching her hair and then handling food.

Can’t order like a normal restaurant have to use their kiosk and ring yourself up. Kiosk was dirty and sticky. Restaurant was dirty. Just walked out and went across the street to taco bell. Much cleaner, and they actually have a person to take your order.

Everyone in Hardeeville, SC are so nice. The co-workers at McDonald’s had our food ready within 5 minutes and made sure that we were taken care of. Definitely recommend this spot for studying or just for a lunch break.

Wow! Fastest service! I ordered on my phone. Maybe 4 minutes until the nice employee called my order. Also she actually engaged with me rather then snapping the bag on the counter and walking away.
