This was a very horrible experience. We made our order at 8:17pm and didnt recieve it until almost and hour later! And then when we got it we were missing 2 basket of fries and the bacon cheeseburgers that were plain was mcdoubles with only mayo. Our food sat on the counter for a good minute so when we finally got the food it was cold etc we took the receipt back to them and stated what was wrong and the lady had a horrible attitude. We asked to speak to a manager and she stated yall can speak to me which she wasn’t a manager. Then she stated well I know them fries was in there because I put them in there personally um no ma’am you didnt we even offered for her to come look herself. The place its self was nasty there was bloody tampons in the woman’s bathroom the kids play area was trashed the garbage was full to a max etc we wont be going here anymore

Spent $50. Didn’t get 3 of my items. Or straws. Fries were at least an hour old, and only half full. The most enraging food service experience thus far. Burgers were completely trashed. Top half of burger halfway on and smashed with cheese folded and off the burger. Just get rid of the whole staff. Plenty of people looking for jobs right now.

Never thought I’d say this, but this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Food was ACTUALLY correct and quick. Service was great and very nice. Playground was awesome and huge! I’ve never actually been to a McDonald’s and seen someone cleaning the tables, I did here. Fries were fresh and yummy. I will drive out of my way to go to this McDonald’s and I live in Pickens.

It’s extremely refreshing to get great customer service in the food industry, especially at a fast food restaurant. This morning I was greeted with a very pleasant voice and friendly suggestions for my breakfast order despite the frappe machine breaking down, so my day was off to a great start! The woman who took my order was also the one who greeted me with a smile at the window. I wanted to give her a shout out and her amazing looking nails! Thanks for helping with my great start to the day and keep smiling at other people. That’s how you change the world and make it a better place.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews unless I am truly taken aside. We have frequented this location on a number of occasions, but on February 9th we were taken aback by the fact when we pulled into the location the American Flag that flys by the front door was laying on the ground! It had clearly detached from the pole due to not being properly secured. It was noon and there was many customers coming thru the drive thru, that had to mention this to staff. “We took the time to raise the AMERICAN FLAG and secure it.”
Upon entering the premises, it was not as clean as usual, a staff member was lying down stretched out on the bench by the front door facing the back cushion. One would think he was possibly not well, but like any “kid” he was taking a break and TEXTING. He could have shown respect that reflects McDonald’s pride by raising that flag where it should be. “VERY DISAPPOINTING”!!!!
The meal was okay this day is all I will describe. I truly hope management outside of here will address this staff that the location should always be clean, staff be professional, and customers always come first.
Is this what the new generation of workforce employees want the business they work for to be????

It is Friday night. I just finished up grocery shopping and figured I would stop at McDonald’s for a quick meal. The young lady at the drive-through window with the long dark hair
was extremely abrasive and unprofessional. I ordered a quarter pounder, a large fry and a 20 piece McNugget with three sweet-and-sour sauces and two barbecue and I paid extra for the barbecue sauces which is fine. They told me to pull up into spot one and wait so I did. 15 minutes later, a different lady came out and gave us our food. We went through the bag and there was no sauce so I proceeded to go into the store and get my sauces. And the lady at the drive-through window proceeded to throw the sauces like softballs into the bag very aggressively. I will never return.

Unfortunately the service (which is okay) doesn’t outweigh the fact that two thirds of the time that I go, they get my order wrong. I don’t order anything complicated, either. It’s just two cheeseburgers plain. That’s it… but somehow almost every time I go they put toppings on it. This time I had one cheeseburger that actually was plain, while the other one had toppings. My suggestion: just drive a little further and go to the one in Clemson.

Dec 5th 2024: Restaurant was relatively clean and not very busy at 4PM. My biggest complaint is that there is no self-service fountain drinks, salt, pepper, cream, sugar, straws, lids, only ketchup and napkins are available to get yourself. This is very inconvenient, especially when the cashier is busy and you can’t see anyone else in the back.

The McRibs were released on the 3rd this year, but the buns seem less ‘fluffy’ and they were skimpy on the BBQ sauce and pickles. The coffee wasn’t already made and had to wait until half the meal was eaten before it was ready and even then I had to go up and ask for it. When you order coffee on the kiosks, you select how many cream and sugars to add, but they don’t give them to you, the pre mix them. Because of this, the coffee wasn’t sweet at all, even though 6 sugars were selected. I want to get my own condiments and materials.

There are 6 order kiosks plus 2 registers – Boo. They don’t take the table number back with them when they place your order at the table. This happened to a couple people while we were here. It’s a ‘Meh’ store.

Great food always with quick service. Only kink was during Monopoly they consistently didn’t give the game pieces out and used ikd fry boxes. Had to go back through the line multiple times to actually get a game piece.
