Thank you McDonald’s for for an ice cream cone made lopsided that I had to try and get done within 1 minute or otherwise it would have fallen in my lap as well as a fudge sundae with the top not securely placed on and the fudge sauce all placed at the top that clearly exploded outside the insecure top and all over my cup holder and sundae cup all because your employee didn’t want to use two hands to make the sundae and give it the attention it deserved. That was $5 wasted. I know their HQ not the franchise look at these reviews, but I wish they did. We deserve better for our money!

The customer before me was overcharged for the 2 for $3 option. The cashier charged the regular price of each option. Overcharging customers is not cool. The cashier left the front and started putting orders in. It took 10 minutes to comeback and take my order. There was a young man standing around not doing anything.

Was told after waiting for half an hour that my food was still behind dozens of doordash orders. Please make an effort to adequately staff your buildings and communicate wait times; this was ridiculous. I had to leave before any food could be had because I can’t afford to wait nearly an hour for “fast” food.

Came here to eat breakfast we decided to dine in. First walking in we were greeted by another customer we stood in line and the guy told us we have to order from the machine. Second we waited 30 minutes for our food (separate orders) when my order was called I walked up and to my surprise the elderly gentleman that ordered when I did was still standing there waiting to pay when I mentioned it to the lady she stated well he has to wait because we are short staffed! My friend ordered an ice Coffee just like I did but when her order came up she was told the machine was broken and they weren’t serving ice coffee I will post pics as proof. Had I not wiped the seats we would’ve sat in dirt with small kids. Poor management poor customer service! If you want better pay you have to do better what I experienced today was not worth $13/hr more like $2.50/hr.

It appeared that they were only concentrating on the drive thru, I was inside and being ignored. The kiosk was not giving a receipt, so you didn’t know your order number. Ice cream machine broke, lol they taken out self serve beverage center,workers not understanding English, dirty tables ,orders wrong

Everytime I go I ask for Mac sauce & they lie & say they’re all out. Then I tell ask what they put on the Mac burgers & they say I have to pay . I never have a problem paying but they get the worst Atittude for having to simply do their job . I would highly recommend traveling a few extra miles to another McDonald’s .

Ordered 2 meals, was given only the sandwiches. The staff tried to sell me on the buy one get one free sandwiches. I then clarified I wanted the meals, few minutes later they brought me 2 sandwiches in a bag, where they charged me full price, of each, instead of the deal they were just selling. I let the staff know they made a mistake, and they wanted to argue about it, and became aggressive about her hearing deficiencies. I accepted her, dumbassery and left before things could escalate further, because men are always wrong in the eyes of the law.

Worst place ever. I hardly ever eat hamburgers or fast food but I was craving a burger. I order for me and my daughter and this is what I bit into. Raw patties. Then they didn’t even give us our iced coffees. I tried calling and reaching out and nobody ever answered or responded. I didn’t eat for 2 days after this. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The employees ignore you on top of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to be ignored and get sick from undercooked food.
