I ordered a simple cheese burger w/ no pink and fries meal to go for curbside pickup. I arrive before the set pick up time and waited. After 10 mins past my time I call and ask if anyone is bringing my order. The hostess says their cameras are broken and customers have to call to let them know they arrived. Ok, how would a customer know this? She says my order has been done for a couple of minutes and brings it out. Burger is soggy, cold, and raw. Fries are cold and hard. I go into the restaurant and kindly ask for it to be corrected. While waiting I ask for a sweet tea at the bar. I received one and the cup was dirty like they took it out of a dirty pile of dishes. I say no thanks and ask for a fresh sweet tea in a to go cup. While waiting the smell of the place becomes noticeable, not at all fresh. I waited about 15 mins and they bring the “fixed” order. Well once I get in the car I realize they used the same patty i had before because I took a bite, they just put it on a new bun, and the fries were the same ones as before, still cold but harder as if they re-dropped them to heat them up. I called the for a refund immediately. They gave it after talking to the staff. This used to be my favorite location to visit in the area, but I hadn’t been in a while. The quality has gone down it seems. Won’t be back.

Very gross. My bf got food poisoning and threw up before leaving the restaurant. Manager Jackie didn’t care about any of the issues we had and our server Julie started out okay but quickly went downhill. I am very disappointed by this visit. The wings were dry, pasta was sauced but very overcooked, mushrooms were kinda gross looking. For food that took over an hour and a half to get to the table it was nasty. I have never been this upset over a visit to this Applebee’s. It may not make a difference in the long-run but I needed to say how bad this went. Great start to us not visiting much this year.
Edit: I tried to let the manager know about the burger making my bf sick so she was aware that something may be expired in the kitchen but when I asked for the manager the server refused to get her twice then rolled her eyes when she walked away. The manager kept insisting she checked everything before it came out again even though his burger was the only thing not remade or sent back. I didn’t want anyone else getting sick from the food but neither one of them cared.
Edit 2: I’m not clicking that link bc the last time they sent that after a bad experience at airport thruway it sent me a bunch of spam and nobody from Applebee’s ever contacted me. They just don’t care

Went at about 10 at night because it was one of few places open. We were seated almost immediately. We placed our orders about 15 minutes later. We were about the only customers in there. Our food came out bit by bit. The wings came out dry except the Asian chili wings. Julie (Our server) didn’t ask which sauce we wanted and just assumed ranch. We asked and were brought Bleu cheese after we requested it and the celery that was supposed to come with the wings. The Alfredo sauce was a reddish brown color the only thing hot was the chicken. The noodles and broccoli were cold and overcooked. The manager (Jackie) said that the Alfredo changes color when heated. The server blamed the kitchen for bringing out subpar food. So after what was supposed to be a quick meal ended up an ordeal. Both the manager and server were snippy and short. Almost like they’re shortcomings were our fault. They won’t have to worry about that anymore at least from me and mine. Go here at your own risk.

I started by sitting at the bar, where the bartender was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I decided to move to a table in hopes of better service. Unfortunately, the waitress was just as unpleasant.
When I ordered my food, I was met with a mix-up. My burger was missing several toppings, and when I asked for them to be added, they sent me the same burger with barely any toppings. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s definitely a hard pass.

To begin with, the silverware was filthy. I asked for another set, and it was just as dirty. The water had something floating in it. I went to my car and got bottled water. We decided to stay because it was late, the day was long and we were hungry, not sure where else we could go. We ordered cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich. The fries were cold, but the burgers were good. No silverware is needed. Our bill came, and it was wrong. We asked to have it corrected, and it came back wrong again. The waitress took it to be corrected again. After waiting for a very long time, the waitress came back and asked if we were ready to pay. We advised that we still needed the check. She had forgotten she was correcting the bill she had taken to correct. We finally got it and paid. The waitress was disinterested in us as customers, took forever to bring everything, and was genuinely confused. This was such a bad experience. Applebee’s Do Better!

Management needs to give attention to several areas. The whole place needs a good, deep cleaning..the windows at each booth are nasty and have obviously not been cleaned in a while, the seats of the booths themselves are gross, and the bathroom is not great either. Our server was very nice and she really tried to do a great job but both steaks we ordered had to be sent back..the bourbon street steak i ordered tasted like old, rubbery, liver. The highlight of the meal was the boneless wings.

Half of the menu wasn’t available and it seemed like the waitress wasn’t informed of everything that was available versus what wasn’t available because she came back multiple times to tell us the food/drinks we ordered couldn’t be made. After we finally ordered our food and were waiting about 20 minutes, the waitress came out and told us one of our entrees wasn’t available so we had to order something else. Not five minutes later the food came out except what we just ordered. The food that had to be “rushed made” took another 20 minutes to come out and everyone else was done eating before that one entree was out. Just poor communication between management and staff apparently. Also it seemed like our waitress was the only one working and running around while 3 other staff members hung out at the host stand and chatted with each other.Not to mention the bathrooms were disgusting and all of our cups looked dirty. The waitress did the best she could (I don’t remember her name but she was pregnant and working her tail off) with the limited info she was given but it made for a very poor experience for our family and we will not be back!

First time coming to this specific Applebee’s and it was a good choice! The service was really good! We had a nice server and the cook who brought out our food even brought us extra fries! I got me a Whiskey Burger, fries, and a chocolate lava cake. The burger was good but the whiskey sauce was a definite no for me. It’s like the equivalent to adding Worcestershire sauce to the burger. The burger itself was good and cooked well done, so that’s a plus. Fries are fries so they were good too. The dessert was a solid 10/10! The sponge cake was really fluffy, the chocolate drizzled sauce was really good and hot and that ice cream was delicious We also got some wings as an appetizer and we were able to split it half and half so. I tried the honey pepper and buffalo sauces and they were great too. All the food tasted fresh and we were in and out with speedy service.

I see why they are rated at 3.8. I stood at the entrance for 10 minutes, and 4 waitresses were standing at the counter watching me. They finally walked up when another family walked in behind me. Once, I got seated, I sat for another 5 minutes, and no one came to my table to ask did I want anything to drink or anything.
