How do you forget my order and I tell you and give you the receipt and it’s still wrong, then wrong again. Everything was correct but ordered two mcchickens and one he bun was warm but the chicken was cold. Just turned 11am so I assume they just used the old chicken from breakfast. What a joke of a place. Won’t return and tell everyone this one sucks so avoid.

First off, this is McDonald’s. Nobody should go here having high expectations, but as far as McDonald’s goes, this one was clean and the food was as expected.

Is it gourmet, no. It fills the void and tastes OK in the process. This location has a nice outdoor seating area. The inside looked freshly remodeled.

From my experience, the best way to enjoy a dine-in trip to McDonald’s is to use the McDonald’s smartphone app. By using the app, all you have to do is come in, sit down at a table and use your app to order.

When ordering, you can select counter pickup/to-go or table service. For table service there is a number on all of the tables, so it is super simple and easy. After ordering on the app, the food generally arrives in 5 minutes or less.

This location got my order correct, and the person who brought my food to the table was friendly. All in all, a 5 Star dining experience (for fast-food).

The manager (good looking big guy with a bald head) just came out front while I was waiting in the lobby for my food and let me know that it would be four more minutes on my crispy Mc chicken sandwiches. awesome customer service! McDonald’s is movin on up! * At least THIS ONE IS!!!
*he needs a raise or his own restaurant IMO!!!

All of the staff in drive thru were so friendly and happy!!! From the young lady at the speaker to the young man who took my money and the lady who handed me my caramel frappe with her Jamaican accent…they all wished me Happy Holidays They made me smile and that’s what it’s all about!!
I’m sure they’re tired as it’s 9:45pm and during the holiday season! Thank you guys…Hope you get a deserved Holiday bonus ✨

One bad experience today at a franchise where I normally get great service. However, my first visit to this location. The drive-through attendant was short with his responses and displayed a crappy attitude when I pulled up to the payment window. No idea what his issue was, as my order was simple, and there weren’t many customers at this late morning time.

This is one of the best ran and most efficient McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time. The management seems involved and out front with their employees. Service has always been great and food has always been perfect…. Well unfortunately, I have to take back my five star review and adjust it accordingly. Tonight I made a mistake with my mobile order. I’ll follow up that it was my mistake. I meant to select no onions, but selected no pickles. However, the way that it was handled by the staff is totally unacceptable. I explained at the window I could not have onions because I’m allergic. The person at the window acknowledge this and said he would let the cooks know. Sandwich still came out of onions. I explained this again. They took the sandwich back, and I thought they had fixed it however they brought the same sandwich out with onions, but no one explained to me, but it still had onions on it. Thankfully, I checked before biting into it. I took it back into the store and was met with the worst attitude. I had to explain this whole situation again, but it’s like they were more focused on it being my mistake and the fact that I can’t have onions. This is if they did not want to remake a sandwich. I could understand if it had already been prepared when I went to pick it up, but it hadn’t it wasn’t made until I got there. When I got home, I came to overcooked fries and overcooked meat. I’m just really disappointed in this experience.

Ordered double cheeseburgers twice within a week. They were burned black the first time. Second time opened them at the counter. Asked for fresh ones. I was told “that’s the way we serve them here.” They refused to replace. Avoid! There are too many other good options in the area.

Absolutely terrible, don’t hire people if they can’t put effort into making peoples food, I don’t work hard to go thru drive thru and get cold cheeseburgers slapped together and cold fries, absolutely don’t recommend this place at all. Hire new people that actually care

The few times I have stopped by the service has been bad but the food has been okay, stopped by tonight and they gave me old, rock hard fries with my meal, only a few fresh fries. Ended up throwing them away, bad service and old food.
