Summer time in Kenosha is the best, why? Big Star is open from March – August and it’s the best place to take the family! Prices are cheap and food is delicious! I always order the cheese burger, the cheese is so gooey and warm it’s great with every bite. For a side is the mushrooms, delicious! The service is top tier as well! I always have the same waitress who is always happy and smiling when taking my order. Thank you Big Star for another great season!

Very disappointing more bread than meat, a quarter is thicker than the meat . Suppose to have ketchup, mustard and onions and had very little bit of each, couldn’t even taste the onions. Called in the order for pickup, she said it would be ready when I got there and it wasn’t, I had to wait 20 minutes for it and they were dead, not busy at all. Just watched the cooks standing around laughing instead of making my food. I WILL NOT GO BACK !!!

The wait staff was fine, time wise was good. The food was horrible!! Cheese curds were salty and lacked any real flavor. I’m not sure if the onions were left out too long or went bad. If you know what three day old chopped onions smells like…that’s how it tasted. The patty was thin, for under $2. My son said the ice cream was okay. Disappointed☹️

Food is always delicious at Big Star. The fries and cheese curds were cooked perfectly. The marinara dip was tasty and not acidic. But the burgers and hot dogs…. perfection! Worth the wait till spring. Service always quick and friendly.

Actually I take it back I have been getting a popcorn chicken basket every night for the last 2 weeks just about and It taste like the best popcorn chicken on Earth right here in Kenosha including the cheese fries and cheeseburger and most of all.
