The big mac was old preheated and salty taste. The fries were dry and crunchy Luke warmed. Only stayed in line for a minute but quality food would have been better. Ronald McDonald starting to fall off in certain areas.

Poor service, ignorant workers. Dude told me we never placed an order after spending 10 – 15 minutes for just a coke. A rude female employee just dismissed me and said there’s no order, when I asked about the drink and then a manager, I assume, said “you never placed the order,” then why did I pay for it? How did money leave my bank account? lol I never got a receipt from the rude cashier so I couldn’t prove it in the moment. Trash place

I have NEVER made a review but i NEED to now. I got here 10 mins before 4am and had 2 mobile orders. The associates said they were getting ready for breakfast but i mentioned that i had 2 dinner online orders, one for me and one for my boyfriend who gets off of work at 4am. I apologized for not getting there earlier and they made me feel better having no issue to make my order. I got home and I am so satisfied with my food. It’s fresh! They included condiments and I am so thankful because I totally forgot to ask for them and I didn’t want to go back. They gave me an extra sauce for my 4 piece nuggets! and upgraded my fries to a Large from what was left over. Those 2 ladies were super kind to me. Wish i got their names.

Literally the absolute best McDonald’s of all McDonald’s. The chicken sandwich is the absolute best, it is possibly better than the chick-fil-a chicken sandwiches depending on how you view the McDonald’s and the chick-fil-a chicken sandwiches. Whoever that lady who’s working the cashier/ food for people inside please don’t say a bunch of nonsense to me about mobile orders saying it was my family member fault. Family member orders a mobile order pick up while she was at home. I drive up there to get it just to hear we never received it. Then she says “oh you need to bring the phone that you ordered from up here, so we know when to start making your order. No fast-food chain works like that. You might as well just order the food while you there. Just say you busy or your system didn’t get it and just apologized for it happening. Lady is unprofessional. Then proceed to lie about not having sweet and sour sauce when its clearly in sight of seeing. It least hire someone who is respectful and professional. I don’t recommend even doing mobile order just go up there and order it.

Most incompentent workers ever
– 3 times in a row they forget somethig from the order. I have to go inside to ask for it.
– Wait time is crazy. It doesnt matte if you order something on the drive thru or thru the app. They make you park on the sode and wait for 10 minutes for simple orders.

So I pulled up to the drive thru behind a toyata prius. Two cars pass us in the other drive thru so I reverse and go to the other lane. An automated message asked if I was using the app to which I replied yes and gave them my code. I continued to the pay window and gave code again and asked if I needed a receipt said no and pulled up to the Las counter. The lady at the last counter asked if I even stopped at the previous window. Then explained to me that they don’t make the food(that I already paid for) until I get to the drive thru. Obviously they didn’t hear me give my number the first time. I waited 12 minutes and ended up late for work. If you pre pay for your food using the app they won’t make it ahead of time. Chick filet is gonna be my new morning spot after this encounter. Good luck hope this helps someone.

Most ridiculous setup for mobile orders. Wont let use drive through even after store closes. Have to park, walk over and ring a bell? Also dont start food until after arrival. So do you stand outside in the cold for 15 minutes? Walk back and forth car to doorbell window? Ridiculous. If cant use drive through at least bring food to car. But guess point of this establishment is to inconvenience and waste peoples time. FAIL on all points
