So I guess since the pandemic you would think that extra caution is taken to prepare food with cleanliness. However, this location does not practice this as I was served food by the lady who took my order…with NO GLOVES!!! Let me guess, due to the pandemic not only is the food prices through the roof but they had to make budget cuts and gloves were the first to go. Never coming back here again. And if I get sick Ronald will be kicking out some serious paper and I’m not clowning around.

Food was good. But they forgot some of the items on our initial online order. Staff was helpful in replacing missing items when we returned. Restaurant was clean & tidy.

Told window no mustard, low and behold I trusted that they Told me no mustard. I know better than drive off. Had mustard and must have been made 2 hrs previously because bread was very stale. Not a good visit. Damn this has to be the smallest size mcdonalds i have seen, it feels like your in an oversized closet!

No customer should be charged extra because they want milk in coffee instead of cream. I had to pay for the bottle of milk. Duh. Please manager tell employees to open the bottle and pour from it. Never had this happen anywhere. I give 2 stars for the only hard working employee there who happened to wait on me. She was friendly too. Possibly new because she had to ask another about how to ring up the milk. I didn’t say anything because she was so nice. And it is not the extra dollar. It is just the complete silliness of it.

They are working hard but understaffed. This location is the only fast food option in the area and they work hard. I did the drive through which moved quickly but my order got confused with another and there was a delay. This delay was the product of them being short staffed and was corrected with a free apple pie.
