They ignorant and dirty! Repeated 10 times I need 5 creamers 15 sugars and napkins with a S! They so stingy and don’t own this MFer, they gave me 3 creamers 5 sugars and 1 napkin. Obviously these hood rats didn’t go to math class. They always got flies everywhere, ughhhhh! Just dirty!

When you order at the kiosk and it tells you to take a sign with a number to your table, then someone comes out a few minutes later and says they have been calling your number to get your order at the counter, something has gone wrong. Also, our order wasn’t complete and when I went up to ask for the missing part of the order, they just asked me what I wanted and gave me anything I asked. I am not really complaining about that, but it seemed weird that I could have asked them for anything at that point and they would have handed it to me, no questions asked.

Terrible service, it doesn’t get much worse. Place is also filthy. Staff just hanging out having a good time while customers were lined up with complaints and missing items from orders. They were telling some customers that they were out of things and would turn around and let other people get them. Just eat cook out across the street!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to so far! They are always out of something and they always get an attitude with you when they mess up your order because they choose not to read your order ticket! I can order the same thing at a different McDonald’s and the food tastes better and the service is 10 times better!

This McDonald’s is disgusting. It is filled with flies everywhere and I understand that there is going to be flies in restaurants due to the doors being constantly open. But, there is alot of flies everywhere. The enployees are rude and was arguing loudly with each other as they were working. And then my order was messed up, I ordered 4 happy meals and a meal. And the bathrooms were discussing. They are taken over by flies as well and there wasnt any toilet paper in none of the stalls. Each stall holds 2-rolls of toilet paper so no one had bothered to add or clean the bathrooms in a while. There was the brown restaurant napkins all over the floor in the bathroom. I asked the lady at the counter for toilet paper and she told me they were out. So I guess everyone had been using the napkins instead of toilet paper. We were traveling and stopped here but I marked it out on my maps so that I never make an mistake and go there again.

Made a quick stop here for a family lunch and was a little disappointed by the service and quality of the food and environment. Items were forgotten and we had to go to the register and ask for them. The restroom was also dirty and had no toilet paper.

Just pass this place!!! It’s slammed with beach traffic, and either they do not have enough staff to handle it, or they just don’t care. And from what I saw, they do not care at all. Every table was disgusting. I’m not exaggerating, every table was dirty! The drink machine counter was a wreck. When I let the girl know that the sweet tea hadn’t been sweetend and that the coke needed the box switched out she was just like ok and just stood there as if I didn’t tell her so I went and told the lady at the register and she was like ok… Maybe they don’t understand the urgency.. People came to eat and drink.. Now let’s talk about the food.. It was horrible the 20 piece nuggets must have been so slammed in the fry basket that they just came out in one bunch, and when pulled apart, they were gooey like wet dough.. Also, the fryvat must be long over due for cleaning bcs the color of the nuggets told it all.

The kiosk was messed up and didn’t print receipts. They call by receipt number instead of the table number it asks you to take. The line was super long, and the service was incredibly slow. The food wasn’t hot. Save yourself some time and stop elsewhere. This is a tourist town in their defense.

Food was so bad that we asked for a full refund an left. Our chicken deluxe looked like slop. They do not care at all that their service an food is terrible. A bunch of teenagers standing around talking.
