I don’t know her name, but I just went through the line just now, and this sweet girl made my day. I’ve been going through a lot, I had to pay over $300 to get my brakes done and she just made my day. And the fries are so fresh!

This place has a great atmosphere with fancy seating and modern self-ordering machines. There’s even a spacious kids’ play area, which is a nice touch. However, the service could use improvement. The order processing is quite slow, whether you’re using the drive-thru or ordering in-store, and the staff doesn’t always respond properly. As for the food, it’s decent but leaves room for improvement.

Wow…. I thought McDonald’s is a best place I have ever visited. After 9 years of asking, it was revealed that the Snack Wrap is back available but with a McCrispy Strips on the wrapper. Now they got a Ranch one and a Spicy one for the choice for the Snack Wrap. I like the limited time ones too, I don’t think the Limited Time are available during every year. What I can say is, I will rate it 5 stars for the food, service and the atmosphere. Nice Job.

We ordered our curbside pickup around 9pm. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we tried to go inside to check what was going on with our food. The door had a paper that read, “Closed at 9pm for maintenance.”
Why are you accepting people’s orders if the restaurant is closed?
Why does the app say we got our food when we didn’t receive anything?
15+ people were outside waiting on their orders while unaware the place was closed. We saw multiple employees behind the counter looking at all of us as if they didn’t see us instead of saying something or letting us know what to do following these circumstances.

Went through the drive thru line and a sign was posted “cash only” at the order speaker. I didn’t have cash so I had to wait and then get out of the line. Three days later, the “cash only” sign was still up, so I ordered on the app, it took the money from my account and went through line. At the first window, a worker tried to look up my app order and could not find it. A manager walked up and said we cannot get app orders to come through, so they will have to come inside. I was running out of time for my lunch break so I just left. The workers were polite and the money was credited back within three hours.

I mean it’s a McDonald’s so you know what to expect. I usually go in or through the drive through. Its pretty quick service and if they mess something up they’re super nice to correct it quick. Always kind a good service!

Ordered a Big Mac meal from this McDonald’s (no adjustments made in my order) yesterday evening.
The Big Mac had no toppings, condiments, all it had together was the Buns and Meat Patties. Was disappointed but I was able to fix it up at home.
$11 for the meal.

I feel not much recognition is given when it’s due. I have a toddler and an 8 year old. I have to congratulate the entire staff for friendly service and keeping the playground area clean and orderly. Thank you Thank you, this was a great spot to just sit relax and let the kids enjoy themselves while the weather outside is either really hot or cold temperatures.

It is a clean and usually fast McDonald’s. Seems to be clean, etc. I’m usually just picking up my order so I’m not eating in the dining room. It doesn’t have any odd smells so I assume it’s clean.
I pick something up every week or 2. My Brother in law likes the fish sandwich and chocolate shake. He has tried their other flavors and doesn’t give those high marks so we will stick with chocolate. I am simply a burger & fries person. If I get hot food, I’m a happy customer and usually I do.
