We endured a wait of over 30 minutes to place our order, during which several customers left due to the wait time. This long wait left us feeling disappointed. To top it all off, the place was dirty and messy.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent service and good servings for the price! I will be back! The restrooms were clean, the kitchen did a fantastic job of swapping lunch rush serving trays-being careful to follow standards (switching the pans and spoons with fresh, etc.) and were apologetic for the brief wait. Amazing location! I’ll be back.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I placed an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait in line with my child, but when I arrived, my food wasn’t even started. About 10 people walked in after me and all got their orders before mine. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes even though I ordered ahead.
When I finally got my food, it was honestly terrible. I asked for light rice, not no rice — but they gave me almost none at all. The entire bowl was cold, and there was no guacamole at all, even though I paid an extra $1.25 for it.
This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. If online orders are going to be ignored and the food is going to be cold and missing ingredients, then what’s the point? I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The service here was beyond atrocious and overall very upsetting. The worker that made my food was throwing ingredients recklessly and would scoff and make remarks after every single ingredient that I asked to be added to my meal. By the end of this uncomfortable upsetting encounter, the worker started shouting at me and became very hostile. Last but unfortunately not least, after paying for my food and receiving horrendous service, the worker then proceeded to throw my food to the counter in front of her and made me feel like I was being forced out of the building after handing over my hard earned money. 0/10 service would never come back again.

It’s a solid Chipotle. I went during the peak of the dinner rush. It appears they were short-staffed (it’s hard to hire people these days) but the crew/manager was friendly. Food was fresh and tasted exactly how my normal chipotle order should. Plus meat/beans/rice/salsa portions are what I expect…I didn’t feel like I was getting less than what I’ve traditionally received.
The one thing I will say is this particular restaurant was rather small. The waiting line was long (it was a Wednesday afternoon) to the point where it almost out the door. Probably half the seating of a freestanding restaurant, but a good chunk of the tables/bar space wasn’t used (80-90% we’re doing to-go orders, plus drive thru/pickup in the back)

My husband and I had a not so great experience at this location that is usually very good. First off, the little girl behind the counter was absolutely rude for no reason, giving us dirty looks before we even ordered, and she decided to put the bare minimum of everything I asked for in my bowl, while she put extra of everything my husband asked for in his, when he didn’t even ask for it. I wanted to say something but I didn’t want to be charged more just for her to at LEAST give me a decent amount of everything I asked for. Furthermore, my husbands food was already cold by the time we got home and we don’t live that far away. The cashier was also very rude and was rushing us for literally no reason. I don’t know if it was a jealousy thing or what but I expect workers at an establishment to be professional and not act like teenagers.

Completely Gross. Nobody cleans here. Bathroom is so bad i would not even take a pic because its really bad. Here around 5ish pm 3 people in line. Food table, floors, grill, windows filthy. Manager needs replacement! Pics don’t even show how bad because i wanted to keep the nice workers out of it.

Worst chipotle “food.” I have enjoyed chipotle in another state. Very limited menu here. I got a chicken taco that was all chicken fat; not one edible bite. My husband got that beef bowl they’ve been advertising. The meat was so tough he couldn’t eat it at all. Rice and beans were cold. Mild salsa was very hot. We literally threw our food out. That was the worst $35. we have ever spent. Worst food in Kingman by far.
