be careful going through the drive-thru. i went through and i was told my total was 19.33 i get to the window i hand the lady a 20 and she’s still standing there i said is there a problem she said it’s 20.51 i need 51 more cents. i didn’t think much of it and i’m like it said 19 but ok. i get my receipt get my food and look at the receipt and notice it was 19.33 and she over charged. could be a mistake or she’s not paying attention and yeah, a dollar and change but if she tries that in everyone it adds up!!! heads up!!!

Atmosphere is pleasant with new renovations. The drive-thru must have priority with dual lanes moving. Being right off of Hwy 290 & 296 (Reidville Rd.) Traffic can get congested for customers waiting to just come in to dine. Watching a Coach & his son, the baseball ⚾️ player, ready to be where they needed, found them 20 minutes waiting in the lobby. They kept a good attitude, but my heart went out to them. Lobby may not be quickest Ave. if staff count is low. I ALWAYS PREFER THIS LOCATION, truly hope things get smoother.

The way the employees treat delivery drivers picking up food is reprehensible. I was ordering food and a doordash driver came in to pick up. They ignored her for 5 mins while talking and playing amongst themselves and then when they finally handed her the order they slammed it on the counter in front of her. They weren’t even busy either. Me and one other were in line. I’ll never set foot back in that store. Apparently they hire anything that can breathe. No people skills required.

It food when want something. Never enough ice in tea bc as soon I get tea done melt it. And ur stuck with tea. Hate u can’t fix ur own drinks bc it hard to get refills. Ever time I been in there they been at less one employee get mad or a attitude about be there.
